Leasing my 2017 Ford Explorer

This was my first experience with Lorenzo Ford. I learned of them through an online search I did for a particular vehicle (2017 Ford Explorer). I phoned the dealership (especially since I live about 45 minutes away) to see if the offer being advertised was legit and spoke with Oscar on the phone initially. Jesse Estrada called me to follow up. He was outstanding. From the moment we spoke on the phone, he followed up continuously via text message, until I ultimately made it to the dealer. Jesse was extremely attentive, straightforward, helpful, and never pushy. No sales gimmicks, no pressure, no manipulative ploys; Jesse even went out of his way to help connect me with someone who assisted me with finding more affordable insurance options. Jesse also took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting my phone to the car's Bluetooth system, etc... I cannot say enough as to his excellent people skills, his thorough customer service, and his courteous disposition.
Lastly, I also wanted to mention Gus Rosado, the finance manager. Although the finance manager is the one working behind the scenes, he helped make this whole experience complete. He was very attentive and patient with any questions that I asked and made signing on the dotted line a calm experience. I appreciated his kindness very much.
I was very impressed with Lorenzo Ford and all the staff (Oscar, Jesse, and Gus) I had the pleasure of dealing with. They are a testament to the type of service the dealer offers and represent the company well. I will definitely be recommending Lorenzo Ford to everyone I know.
