Our salesman, Marcus, was very friendly and helpful during our visit. If he didn't know an answer to a question, he found out what we wanted to know. There were no high pressure sales pitches. Been going here for years and they have always taken good care of us. They beat the price of most places we checked and always take great care of our vehicles. My husbands car is approaching 250,000 miles and it still runs like a dream.

This truck is comfortable and quiet. The performance is great and I love the humm of the V-8. I have finally found the vehicle for me!
Great job all around. Billy really took care of me with a loaner vehicle and prompt service every time I came in throughout the repair.
Great truck. V8 has lots of power for towing.

Great truck. Lots of power for towing. Great options. I have had no issues with it. Test drove all of the import and domestic trucks before deciding on buy a ford. Bought it as it had better quality than the others.
As always, my experience was excellent with the service dept. at J.O. Williams Ford. I came for a vehicle inspection, but they were able to work me in for an oil change that was needed also. I really appreciate the courteous service.

Impressed with the power from the ecoboost, i was on the fence between the 3.5 EB and the 5.0 but very glad i went with the EB. More power than any truck I've ever owned and 19mpg. The Interior has more features than pretty much any other comparable truck and is well thought out. My only complaint is that Sync 3 is terrible. Its impossibly hard to update, lags 2-3 seconds after you touch the screen, wont scroll, and doesn't understand voice commands. The only saving grace is that if you hold the voice command button you can use Siri from your phone rather than the sync lady, it bypasses all of SYNC's interface and just uses your iphone which is much better. I would also recommend getting the updated USB module so you can use Apple Carplay, that interface is far and above that of SYNC.

Even being a used vehicle it seems long lasting. Drives smoothe, great exterior and interior. Systems all upgraded, power locks, back up camera small for the size truck it is but nice. Would definitely recommend!!!

Shawn and Jose made this an awesome experience for my husband and I buying our first Mazda. I bought a certified used CX-5, with all the bells and whistles, and I'm really loving it. I traded in my dodge r/t, challenger, and I feel like the CX-5 was probably the best SUV, I could have replaced it with. Everyone was very friendly, and they tried hard to get us the best deal. I look forward to working with them again in the future. My only complaint is that I was a little taken back by them not going down from the asking price one bit, but they did offer to give me a little more for my trade-in, not as much as I was hoping, but everything worked out in the end. Overall I defiantly recommend!
Alan Gage, the service writer, was quick to order the parts needed for my truck. He notified me when they were in and scheduled my appointment quickly. The whole parts and service staff is always at the top of their game. The only thing that might be better is if they washed your vehicle.
Although I have paid off 2 vehicles in the past I have never actually car shopped. After about 6 months of shopping around I was ready to give up. Every dealership I went to talked fast and slick. Made promises that they knew they could not keep. I pretty much lost hope that I would find a vehicle that I liked and could afford. I decided to call All Star Ford in Kilgore and of course the same response "Come on by I know we can help you!" So I figured why not. What do I have to loose. Little did I know he actually meant it. After picking my son up from day care I stopped by the lot. Sony, the same man who I spoke with on the phone greeted me. I told him what I wanted. He showed me what he had and a few more choices. To make a long story short. He sold me a GREAT deal on a 2012 Ford Excape but its nothing in comparison to the customer service I received from All Star. The entire staff! They even helped me with my son as he ran around the lot. Sony was very personable and by the time I left I felt I had a friend. He cared about my wants but cared about my needs even more. Most of all I could tell he TRUELY cared. I would recommend everyone to All Star ford. They have the best deals and even better you will leave feeling great about your decision.
