I should have gotten a 4 wheel drive to begin with. Traded in a 2018 F-150 STX 2X4 that was a nice truck but this is definitely an upgrade! The 3.5L accelerates quickly (beware leadfoot!) and pulls much easier than the 2.7L I traded away. Little difference in fuel mileage (I'm averaging around 1.4 mpg less with the larger engine) but worth the trade off. The interior is loaded with power, heated seats (both), upgraded navigation system and better quality stereo system. Heated mirrors and sliding rear window are a nice touch. This is my first 4X4 and it was really surprised at the torque output pulling out a couple of small trees and hauling away a 65' pine we had cut down. Much easier and more powerful than the 2.7L offered! Got it with low mileage and a pretty decent trade-in deal too. Think I'll keep it until the wheels fall off!

Great service and vehicle inspections and repairs. There were issues that were unknown to me but are critical to the safety of daily driving. The technician was very thorough which helps me to be confident in the DuTeau customer service team.

Lariat model. 3.5 ecoboost engine. Great vehicle. Lots of extras. 4wd works well in OBX sand. I converted from chevy silverado. Ford won me over.

I have a 2019 F-150 XLT and it drives excellent even with a 3.5 V6. The towing is great. I would recommend this truck to anyone.

A good truck but I think was built on a Friday. Ive had trucks of other makes including Ford which I have preferred for last 10 years. This truck has spent its fair share of time at the dealer for minor things dash rattle, rear diff leak, 2x rear main engine seal leak, transfer case leak etc, rough 3rd-5th shifts when freezing and cold for first few blocks. All of which Ford has fixed on warranty. I had a 2018 f-150 with same powertrain that never had an issue sooo like I said I think was built on a Friday. Looks good inside and out. The cold start turbo waste-gate rattle is annoying. Gets better than advertised gas mileage tho. 4x4, towing and winter driving are great. Wish Ford would offer a model like the Silverado RST just leather premium audio and a corvette engine in a truck that can tow over 10k. Tired of up selling for features I want with garbage safety or tech features like drive assist etc. Augmented v8 notes r annoying and I miss limited slip. Would I buy another? Yes. Will I? Depends on if Fords reputation, reviews and reliability as usual.

While buying my used car, I dealt with Kevin over the phone because I live out of state. The transaction was extremely smooth. Being for out of state, I asked questions about the car and he was extremely knowledgeable. He helped with the financing and arranged for shipping. Dealing with Bob E. Was a lot easier than most sales reps. I lived an hour away and saw the van online and inquired that evening. I was contacted promptly the next morning About the vehicle. I asked him if there was any noticeable defects and he said he would inspect it. He sent a video going over the vehicle in detail. We texted back and forth some pricing and agreed on a price pending a test drive. We made it to the dealer after work and he had it waiting to go. After a short test drive we sat down and went through the paperwork quickly. He offered the extras, like all dealers do, but was much less pushy about it. I dread dealing with car salesmen but this experience was pleasant.
