I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

My car was recalled for emissions repair. Ford picked up my vehicle, the work was completed and returned it to me in a timely manner.

Great service. But due to Covid sometimes it’s hard to get through to someone when you want answers about a certain vehicle but other than that service was spectacular.

I took our Ford EcoSport in for its routine 5,000 mile oil change that included the checking of the fluids, hoses, and wires. The tires were rotated when it was suggested it was due for that. My appointment was for 8:30AM, and my car was taken into the garage right away. Within a half ho9ur the work was completed at a very reasonable price.

2022 Ford Escape Hybrid. Service has been great. Only issue has been making sure the billing is done properly for the fleet management company that handles payments.

On May 11th 2022 we took our 2015 ford explorer to sentry ford in Medford Ma. My wife drives to Topsfield Ma 4 days a week round trip from our home in Everett Ma. She was experiencing a very unpleasant ride and thought that it might just be a rotation .When she went to check her car in Diane was so pleasant and cordial that we felt right at home with a family member. They kept the car for 5 days and always kept us up to date. If is wasn't Diane it was Mark .They explained everything to us, Unlike other dealers they really cared in having us have a very pleasant so we would feel comfortable coming back. I am 71 and i have purchased many vehicles from different dealers and i can say by far this dealership far surpasses them all. Our next vehicle would definitely be purchased at Sentry and we thank both Mark and Diane for there time , experience, friendliness , honesty and being so cordial. We feel like we gained two more friends.
