I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

YOU ARE FAMILY: I had the pleasure of bringing my 2022 Chevy Suburban to Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. My Chevy started to act up on the highway and she limped into the parking lot. I was freaking out as I did not have an appointment, and I am from out of town (Virginia). I am in the US Navy and my Ship was set to get underway the next day. German and Mike went above and beyond to help me. They pulled their lead transmission tech in to get a quick diagnostic of what the problem was. Just when I thought there was no hope, Mike and German worked on a solution that enabled me to drive down to VA Beach the same day while my car was getting repaired. When you go here, you feel like you are important, you feel like you are cared about, you feel like you are a part of their family. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS UNPARRELLED TO ANY SHOP IN THE AREA: The customer service was outstanding! German and Mike went above and beyond to ensure I understood the repair process, providing clear explanations and keeping me updated every step of the way. They made sure I felt like a valued customer, not just another service appointment. The communication was consistent and transparent, which made me feel at ease throughout the process. FAST REPAIR: The repair itself was completed efficiently, and my Suburban has been running like new ever since. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism and expertise in handling such an important repair. First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

Great truck from the looks and comfort, and most of all was klaben ford of Warren Ohio, terrific people highly recommended, my salesman Dom cook was great and The owner Mr Klaben was top notch!

First, Bernadette Passarerallo at Buchanan Kia is who and where to go for your next car purchase. She made sure everything was right, went smoothly and I was happy with everything before I left the lot. Service I wasn't able to have my car serviced at Westminster because my work location chanced to Hagerstown. I tried to have it serviced at the Hagarstown Kia. Hagarstown Kia acted like I was putting me out and I wasn't able to schedule anything. So I had to go across the street to Nissan where I used to get my car service done, they got me right in.

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

My second purchase from Bob Davidson Ford and once again it was a great experience. My wife and I had a couple of options and we chose to return and glad we did, we got a great deal on our truck and the level of service and value is top-notch. Thanks so much and we will be back.

They have kept my black 2005 Ford F-150 running in tip top shape which I am extremely grateful. For many years Randy Siegman was my Service Advisor and always gave me excellent service. Randy and his staff have always provided me with outstanding customer service and he always lets me know he appreciates me being an Al Packer customer. He always looks to give me the best service at the best value. They took particularly good care of me a few months ago as I had several repairs which took some time. Everyone on the Al Packer team is pleasant, smiling, and happy to see you. Service techs, sales reps, office staff alike all who pass through the waiting area, maybe just to get a cup of coffee, will say hello. It's never any fun when your vehicle is broken, but when it is -- I think Al Packer, and then I think 'Randy will fix it'. This kudos is way overdue for him and the work he had on my truck and I can't thank him enough. My truck has been running great since I had picked it back up from the Quik-Lane and the Dealership. In fact Al Packer has been the only place that I let work on my vehicle since I purchased it and I know there are many options and places to go but I choose here. Thanks, Randy.

Very professional ,I traveled from up state ny in 2016 and now 2025,Michelle found a truck Saturday, I picked it up Monday ,with a trade in and was out the door in 2 hours and on my way home,the price was exactly what they quoted,no games played.this is what buying a car should be like,but unfortunately it usually is not.very happy

I was randomly shopping around for an oil change service in the area and called this dealership’s service department. I was hesitant as I don’t have a Ford/Lincoln but the website stated it services all makes and models. Spoke with person in their quicklane department and he seemed hesitant but said “yes” they could service the vehicle. Received reasonable price quote however oil change services are only done on a “first come first serve basis” and they don’t allow for appointments. Unfortunately my schedule doesn’t allow me to be dependent on a shop that I can’t make an appointment and it would have been an inconvenience work and schedule wise for me to get the work done there. I did call another time for a sales question and inquiry and their salesperson Jess was very friendly and accommodating. Inventory that they show online seemed to be accurate and in stock on their lot!

Bought a truck from Superior Motors last night , got there at closing. Tony Roy was my salesmen and did not care it was time for him to go home . Was very professional and took very good care of me . I would recommend this place to buy a vehicle and ask for Tony Roy and you will get the best service !!

Apple Ford has provided me with great service for many years. No one is happy when a vehicle needs service or breaks down but all vehicles do at some point. Apple Ford has a great service department. Overall I’m impressed by there service!

I was running a little behind and wanted to get my oil changed prior to a Dr appointment. The service writer was a Rock Star. Got my truck serviced zippidy do da and off I went. Made my appointment with a few minutes to spare. I can’t thank him enough. I’ll do better about getting there earlier. Thank you again for making it a great experience.

I have been looking everywhere for that perfect one-of-a-kind truck that no one else has. Searched everywhere in NJ and Pa with no luck. I was told about cars.com and came across an amazing truck and started the communication process with their sales team. From start to finish, I never felt rushed or pressured. I took the 2-hour drive to MD and drove home in my new truck. Everyone there was super friendly, and I would def recommend them. I believe the guy who helped me was Mr. Johnson.
