We had a wonderful experience purchasing my new vehicle from Len Stoler Ford. I have purchased Dodge trucks for the past 28 years and after a less than ideal experience at the Dodge dealership across the street we stopped at Len Stoler Ford and boy are we happy we did. I visited and subsequently purchased a new Ford Escape at Norris on Nov 8 2018. My salesman, Jason Catanzariti, was awesome in his knowlege of the Escape and the Edge. He explained to me all the bells and whistles that the Escape and Edge had. It took me a while to decide between the 2 modles and Jason was very patient with me. I recommend Jason highly. Also, the FI Manager, Will Watson, handled the financing of my new vehicle and the extended warranty very quickly and professionally.
The entire buying process took about three hours and 15 minutes from the moment I entered the dealership for the first time to driving home with a new car for my daughters. Jeannie and Dominic worked closely and frankly with me to talk through my interests and needs between the trade in, desired monthly payment range, and valuation for both vehicles. Negotiations were handled quickly and reasonably after we exchanged full information. Ray in Finance got me a full percent lower from my credit union even after the initial offer and acceptance was reached. That was real money! The whole team (including Malik for my insurance change) were very warm and easy going. It was probably the best buying experience in the dozen plus car purchases I’ve made over the years. Thank you Jeannie and team for genuinely exceeding my expectations, by a lot!
I have the advantage of doing a lot of research and knowing exactly what I wanted. But I still had questions and car-buying anxiety. First, I made an appointment, and the car was actually out front and ready for me to check out when I got there. I got no pressure as I checked it out and then no issues for the test drive. Jason was ready to admit when he did not know an answer and actually went off in search of it as soon as we got back. The sales manager may be a really good actor, but I did feel like he gave as much as he could. I felt like I was respected and treated that way.
Took a friend to Norris for a vehicle . Ray Snyder was there as he always is an took care of my friend as he does everyone. Great to work with an I have done so over the last 40 plus years. If you are looking for a car stop in and see Ray he will do the same for you I promise.
Zo was amazing to work with. He helped with everything we needed and answered all our questions. He was not pushy like most dealers can be. He gave us our time and space to look into all options and make the best choice for us. The whole Norris Team made the car buying experience great!!!
A friend recommended my Salesman Bruce. Bruce did everything he said he would do and beat the other dealers prices on 2 trucks. When it came time to sign paperwork Bruce made it very painless. I will definitely buy from them again.

I checked with many other dealers advertising deals which were only the beginning of so many additional charges that they were just bait. Not real. At Sport they were 100% real. Nothing unexpected. They also were very attentive and made buying a new car quick, easy and the real joy that it should be.
My sales associate was Jordan Bates. Upon meeting Jordan, he greeted us and apologized about being a little late. He had a customer he was assisting before us and their appointment went a little longer than expected. Jordan made us very comfortable immediately; he asked if we needed anything such as beverages or anything else to ease this process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and soon asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. While driving, he told me more about the features of the vehicle, and had great general conversations. Normal car salesmen try to force me to buy a vehicle I inquire about; but Jordan did not do that at all. I did not feel pressured to buy the car. He was also able to get me the rate I wanted regarding this car. I would definitely refer him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.
Mr. Kwami was a very helpful person because he tried to satisfy my needs by making sure I got the right F-150. He was patient with me and allowed me to take my time when deciding if I had picked out the right car. Furthermore, Mr. Kwami is a friendly person who is always there to help out others by giving them the best services.
Kwami Amegah was great and no pressure selling at all.

I was in need of a service van for my business and Kwami took the time and go through what i need. We look at few van and went for a test drive and i finally made my choice. There were few complications along the was but i was able to get my service van home the same day with Kwami's help. I walked in and left with a new van with fair price that day.
Ms. Deibler, was our sales person when we bought a new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. She was an amazing, professional, courteous amazing sales person to work with. I have bought several cars brand new and have never had such an enjoyable, painless experience as I had with Ms. Deibler purchasing this vehicle. We, my wife and I were waiting to be helped as othe sales reps passed us by, Ms. Diebler politely and kindly asked if she could help us and from that introduction took care of us every step of the way, through the car buying process, which can tend to be a tedious and daunting process. Ms. Deibler made the process very pleasaurable, not only pleasurable but pretty expediant. Most car sales I have experienced take about four hours, this took only two. Kudus to Ms. Deibler for her can do attitude and above and beyond unwavering comment to customer service. We couldnt be more thrilled with our purchase or buying experince at Fitzmall with Ms. Molly Deibler
