Used 2019 Ford Fiesta for Sale in Charlotte, NC

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I am blessed with this little car . It’s great on gas , it’s nice and quite inside. I love the color . It has a lot of pickup and power.

We were apprehensive after reading some of the reviews here but A.J. Franks and Cathy Hill were so helpful in answering our questions, taking photos, and following up on our requests so we decided to make the 900 mile trip each way and the car was everything they promised. It looks new and A.J. went beyond what you could ever expect. He was wonderful, kind, polite, patient and setting up services such as codes, Bluetooth, and explaining many things about the vehicle’s operation. We left a thrilled customer counting our blessings on the way home. The dealership personnel were polite and helpful and we were treated with great courtesies. My wife and I came to Victory Chevrolet to buy a used car. Joe Harrison, the salesman, spent hours with us going from lot to lot looking at various used cars. When we finally agreed on one, we couldn't come to terms on it. I mentioned that we were close to an offer we had at another dealership on a new car. Bryce Gandy, Vice President, then put together a deal using various incentives beating the other dealer's offer, an offer we couldn't refuse. At times I wondered during the roughly eight hours we were there, how many times do they go to this much trouble for nothing? Joe and Bryce were great, and made us very comfortable during the whole process of making the deal. Then I thought, how long will it take in the finance office. Randy Lee made the purchasing process quick and efficient, more so than any new car purchase I've ever made. I look at a lot of reviews before I picked a car. This car is the one that meant all my needs. The only down side is that the back set isn't very roomy.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. It’s a very reliable car no problems yet already got almost 17k miles in only 8months of ownership it’s a 2018 se model it’s fun and zippie and it’s not the fastest car but it gets up there I got mine to do a 120mph and I got the extended warranty the 100k bumper to bumper because a few friends said they where unreliable but I’m pretty sure my car is gonna out last the warranty whit no repairs at all it’s a really great deal it’s getting a amazing car for practically no money at all my window sticker was 17,850 dollars but after rebates I got it for 14,200 but then because all the extended warrantees and the special options I got like if the tire pops or the windshield cracks they replace it free it came out to 19,400 but anyways it’s a great car and if your thinking about buying one you should there fantastic on gas as well the most I ever got was like 60mpg on the freeway tho and only doing 65mph on a flat level I recommend it a lot I would rebuy it

I've been thinking about how to write this review without making it too long. There is just no way around it. It might be a little long.. I'm a retired senior citizen with a limited budget. My wife and I searched the internet for over two weeks researching the car we wanted in the Charlotte area. We found many but either the price was too high or the miles were. Then we thought we found it at Adams. They had a lot of good photos, we loved the color and it was a top of the line model. It had extras like leather interior, a moon roof, and a 12 speaker sound system with 360 watts of power! (I was a teen in the 70's and that thing can really put out some some great sound!) It also had low mileage and a great detailed carfax. I called to see if it was still there and it was. I told the person on the phone THAT was the car I was interested in and it had to fit my monthly budget. I told them what my monthly payment could not exceed and if I drove there to see it I needed to know it fit my budget. The next morning I got a call telling me they could hit my number and to come on down to see and test drive it. We went down, drove it, and loved it. Of course I just knew they were going to tell me my payment would be either what I told them or a few dollars more. Not only did Jason Dunham (Sales Manager) come in and tell me my payment would be $20.00 BELOW my budgeted number, but also he gave us a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty at no additional cost! Also, our final price included sales tax and licence fees. It was raining when we I got in to drive it home. When I got home I noticed a small "scuff" on the left corner of the rear bumper. My wife said "oh let it go! it's nothing..." After I reviewed the pictures and it wasn't there I called Adams and told them "I know I took possession and took it off the lot and take full responsibility for doing that, but can you do anything?" Well, Jason told me to bring it back and they would look at it. I brought it back and Jason said"of course I will fix that". So I took it back for the repair. Since we have such a unique color car and it is 3 years old they decided if they only pained that corner there may be a problem with a perfect match. Therefore, I had to leave it overnight as they decided to paint the entire bumper! No charge to me! It is a perfect match! I have bought many new and used cars over the years but NO ONE has ever treated me with such respect as Jason, and Henry. If you are looking for a great car for a great price you need to give Adams a try. You will not regret it!

This car fits my needs. Gets better combined MPG than advertised. Happy with the car. Dealership I bought car from was great and met my needs and requirements.

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

The car is awesome!!! It's not only pretty to look at, but so nice to drive. I'm so glad we went with this car. It gets good gas mileage and very roomy.

They fixed my AC compressor within 24 hrs even after having to order the part. They supplied me with a loaner car as well. They are very pleasant to work with and would highly recommend them.

Brought truck in for probable faulty water in fuel sensor. Found a wiring harness unplugged from the fuel filter/separator. This may have been the result of taking the truck to a local firestone shop for oil change and service. This shop was used to do the service due to not being able to get in the ford shop due to work load. The firestone shop may have been the one to unplug the wiring since I specifically asked them to drain the separator.

This car is my first new car purchase. Has plenty of room, the interior lights are an added fun concept, the touch screen is the perfect size and is easy to use. Gets great gas mileage, we average 36mpg. I am used to vehicles that get up and go when you punch the gas pedal, this isn't that type of car!! But, If you have a teen just starting to drive, the fiesta offers the (my key) option. You can set the maximum speed they are allowed to go, you can set the maximum volume on the radio etc. For their key. It's really great. If you're on a budget and dont need all the fancy gadgets like sun roof, heated seats etc. This is the perfect car. We love our fiesta.

I loved that I came in for an oil change and state inspection and it only took 45 mins. I didn't have to waste half my day off waiting like I do at City Chevrolet. City Chevrolet is a mile 1.5 miles from my house but from now on I will drive the 30 mins it takes me to get to victory Chevrolet

I love this car. Although it seems small, it is big in performance. Great on cornering , the ride is very smooth and it packs a little punch under the hood. It moves so smooth and quick you would totally forget what kind of car you’re driving. The interior is great and comfortable as well.

It's an alright vehicle. It can jerk when going up hill or down, it speeds up after you've already decelerated, and it's cramped. Other than that it's lovely and the features are the best part. Internal lights, Bluetooth connectivity, aux cord capable

This car get good gas mileage and is dependable. It is a great car to build your credit with. For a smaller car it has pretty good room.

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

I love my Fiesta st. Quick, engaging, and practical. Very good on fuel as well. Compact yet not cramped. Sporty yet mild enough to have no problem commuting in.
