My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Comfortable on trips and daily driving, almost like sitting in a good chair at home. My second Ford Flex ; has been reliable and overall a great vehicle with loads of hauling space for bulky items.
"Try it, you'll like it"
After visiting the auto show I had a Mustang convertible on my short list so I visited Montrose Ford for a test drive. I met Will Sutton who went over all the bells and whistles of my new love interest and we went out for a test drive. Any question I had about this car, Will had the answer. I took the time (very little) to look at other models but returned later that week and had the car ordered in less than 20 minutes. I was told 4-6 weeks for delivery but I picked it up 9 weeks to the day after it was ordered - I don't fault the dealership, they have no control over the factory. Will kept me informed by tracking the VIN once assigned and he didn't seem to mind the crazy person texting him periodically to ask if a rogue Mustang showed up. I would have gotten a discount through my credit card company if I used a differnt dealership however that wasn't an option. Will worked on the price to make it comparable and still without a hint of pressure to buy. Will is so knowledgeable he made the whole process easy. When I arrived to take the new addition home Will was there to go over every feature and he made sure I could use everything properly. I had such a good experience I would recommend Will and Montrose Ford without hesitation.

It meets our traveling needs, we like a lot of cargo space. We also like the all wheel drive in snowy weather and for launching our boat. Our dog likes all the space in back She likes to look out the rear window when we back out of the garage.
This is my fifth Ford Flex. It is one of the most comfortable cars I have ever owned. Talk about room, it seats 7 people and still has room for luggage. Good gas mileage for such a large car. It isn’ the fastest car on the market but you don’t buy it for speed. I take it to Florida (1,600) miles one way, and it is very comfortable. The rumor is that this is the last year Ford is making it. Don’t know what I will get next.

I was well satisfied with the service provided by Sherman Johnson. He was very knowledgable and thoroughly explained the features of the RDX I bought. He made sure that any question I had was answered to my satisfaction. Sherman definitely cares about his customers and, in my opinion, deserves a gold-star customer service rating!!!

I am very short and the Ford Flex fits be perfectly while still having a ton of space. There are a ton of extra features that make it even more exciting. Can’t wait to have the AWD in the winter.

We had not thought this vehicle was one we would buy, the style was not attractive at all. We needed a vehicle that was easy to get into after hip replacements. The Flex turned out to be the best vehicle we tried and we purchased it. It has a very nice feel and ride. We do wish it looked better on the exterior, but nothing we tried felt as good. Thank you Ford for a great fit.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

It really checks all the boxes. Everything I could ask for with a smooth ride to boot! Stylish, AWD, tow package and panoramic sunroofs make this the ideal vehicle for me!
I purchased my used 2015 Ford F-150 from Haasz in Jan 2018, I have to say I???ve purchased many vehicles over the years, and this is the first time I???ve felt like I got a great deal. They also cover all major drive train repairs, (even though they are a Chrysler Dealer), as long as I bring the vehicle to them for scheduled maintenance. I reached my first 5,000 mile service point, I called the service dept to schedule an appointment late in the day on a Friday to see if I could get a Saturday appointment. The only time slot available was the following Sat, but when I explained that I was just over 200 miles till i reached the first 5000 mile mark, the Service Advisor Brent Steed found a way to squeeze me in for the next day! I got an oil & filter change, tire rotation with brake inspection, and a 27 multi-point inspection in just over an hour, well done! Will definately return!

I have owned many vehicles over the years. None even come close to the Flex for quiet comfort, reliability and readability. Friends and family call mine "the limo" for the space, luxury and the quiet capability of the Flex. The comfortable ride, the handling and performance, and the near-flawless build quality make the Flex stand out among the crowd. I have driven mine over 100,000 miles and it is as tight, quiet and problem-free as the day it was new. No other vehicle can handle snow and ice covered roads like the Flex.
