I had a 2019 Ford Flex and I loved it soooo much! Once I reached 130,000 miles without any problems whatsoever, it was time to get another car. I found out that the Flex was discontinued! I loved it so much that I found a used 2019 Flex with 7,000 miles and I was so happy!! I am so disappointed that this model was discontinued! It was great in ND snow (never got stuck); great mileage; lots of room; comfortable; navigation; back up sensors, etc. Please bring the Ford Flex back!! In the 38 years since I was married and had 5 kids, this has been the BEST vehicle so far!!

Very professional and knowledgeable on the truck and did not try to sell me something I was not interested in. Did not try to pressure me into buying anything, was only focused on what I was looking for.

I have owned 3 Ford Flex's. All were super. I am now driving a 2018 and am trying to purchase a 2019 as it is Fords last year to build the Flex. I live in the land of Ice and snow and this car with all wheel drive is the best I have ever driven on Ice and Snow. Very stable. If I drive the speed limit I get 22-23 MPG. It also has lots of room. Its like a station wagon.

Had mine since 2009 awd limited. Today is 2023 and it has 232k miles. Only oil changes tires and breaks. I had my small kids ride on it now I have my grand kids on it. The DVD PLAYER is still being used. I have gone from coast to coast on this vehicle with so much confort. Even helped me moved my kids out of the house and me too. Lots of traveling and camping. Now we got just the dogs and if this Flex ever breaks ill buy another one. Used of course cause they stopped making them. Love this car

I own a 2016 Ford Flex. I love the exterior styling, as I miss the old station wagons and panel vans of the past. It especially looks sharp as I have the gray paint job with white roof. Can spot it in the parking lot from far away!. I've absolutely have had no problems with the mechanics of the vehicle. Only issue has been the sync radio update, which eventually did get remedied. Drives smoothly, is flexible in its cargo and passenger areas and holds a lot. Only negative is the gas mileage. I do more street driving as I live on Maui. Lots of short drives. But averaging 15.5 nowadays is not good. But I will never give it up. Unless I find another used one, or they make it again.

I was in the market for an Acura MDX and found one (certified) on Beaver Chevrolet website for a very competitive price. First, I do have to say that Jordan is a pleasant, respectful, "upcoming" used car salesperson. With his outgoing, friendly, respectful demeanor, he likely could have sold me just about anything. On President's Day, my husband and I drove about 45 minutes, intending to test drive a specific Wrangler at the Used Car division. The test drive went well with us both falling in love with the vehicle. The negotiations went fairly quickly, despite me having no access to my bank to move around $$$$$ and my trade vehicle not being present. There was give and take on both sides- mostly give on mine, LOL. We arrived at an amicable deal on the price, trade, service contract and promise to fix the heated steering wheel. Ziggy, the finance manager, was pleasant and efficient. We waited an inordinate amount of time for the title work on my trade to be done. On Wednesday as planned, we returned, with my trade and a check in hand. Apparently Jordan forgot that we were coming as we waited over an hour for the vehicle to be "cleaned and readied for delivery." The dealership was not busy at all that day, with staff congregated around the main desk, laughing and joking. Any other time that I have purchased a vehicle, it has been serviced, cleaned, washed and waiting near the dealership entrance. When Jordan finally handed me the key, confirmed that there was no spare key and informed us that the steering wheel parts were on back order (and could take up to 30 days to arrive,) he bid us good bye and good luck. I asked, "so that's all? Is there anything to sign?" Both Jordan and the Finance Manager assured us we were good to go. Everyone had a good laugh when I asked them if they wanted the $27,400 check. Maybe the laugh will be on me if the documentation I have does not show that they received the check. I have to say that the experience was mostly positive. I only wish that the staff had been more prepared for us to take delivery. Jordan did get some points back when he filled the fuel tank before we left. Time will tell about the steering wheel issue.

While we were not able to make a deal, I was amazed at Nick’s knowledge of Lincoln’ Towncars as old the ‘91 Towncar. Practically everything he told me about these vehicles was true, like converting from single to dual exhaust on these. He said they’re very easy to do. At first I figured Nick was just trying to salvage a sale after I told him I really wanted the dual exhaust option from the factory. But then when I went to some forums to look, they all said to just swap out the Y pipe for an H pipe and go from there. It took someone who has some knowledge to know all that. That impressed me and I wouldn’t be surprised if Nick used to be a mechanic. Perhaps a deal can be reached in the future, but for now I was impressed to leave a review even though I didn’t buy anything.
