I was contact Mr Jake Henshaw in the Raleigh N.C. store who was very professional and provided me with the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. After identifying what I was looking for in a car he was able to provide me with several option which helped with my selection. Mr Henshaw followed the Car Max procedure which covered a detailed outline that indeed provided a very smooth and thorough handling of all paperwork within a timely fashion. I rate Mr Henshaw 5+
I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager.
When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!
I got the ball rolling with 4 dealerships but Junior gave me a quick & fair quote over the phone while the others wanted me to do the leg work and get the best deal and then come back to them so they could beat it. Junior just gave me the best deal and it was done. Thanks!

Jr was very down to earth, easy to talk to, easy to work with. He listened to what I wanted and made the process easy and convenient. He reached out during the process to check in but was not pushy at all. I would recommend Fred Anderson but specifically Jr Hayes if you are looking for a Toyota in the Raleigh area.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
The first time I bought a car (not from CarMax) it was a terrible experience and I was stuck with a hunk of junk that was worth far less than what I owed. CarMax made me an amazing offer for it, and helped me pick a the SUV of my dreams that was within my means! Affordable, beautiful quality, it looks and smells BRAND NEW - no one would ever suspect it was used!! The buying process was so simple and quick. My sales guy, Scottie, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He didn’t put on any pressure, made everything extremely easy to understand, and let me take my time! I am just so impressed and happy with my experience. When it is time for another upgrade, I will certainly be going back to check out what’s on their lot FIRST before anywhere else! If you’re looking to upgrade your car and/or sell your car definitely GO TO CARMAX!!!!!!

My situation is probably unique, but I filled out an online form requesting they help me look for a 2009 Honda Fit. I submitted it on Wednesday, heard from Jay (salesman extraordinaire!) that night, and then by Friday, drove home with the exact car I asked for. That goes to show that University Ford is willing to move fast to get you in the car you want. They're also diligent about checking email and online request forms, so for those of us who deal best in the "virtual world," that's a major plus. They made the entire buying process as straight forward and painless as possible. Just an all around positive experience. I highly recommend dropping in to see Jay and the rest of the team (it's a small operation, which is also a plus in my book). I will definitely recommend them to friends and use them again someday.
I was recently looking for a new car and was really dreading the whole experience but I have to say that Ray Mabe at Classics Ford in Smithfield made the experience so smooth and effortless! He was knowledgeable and treated us with respect I would definitely purchase another car from him !
I would highly recommend Drew Velez. He was very honest, knowledgeable, and fair when searching for a new car. I was stuck between picking one of two cars and he took the time to find out what exactly I was looking for and helped me pick the best car, which worked out great.

I have bought many cars from Ron. He is very conscientious knows his product. Takes this time going over the vehicle and make sure that all questions are answered. Very patient person great attitude. Every time I talk to him he will ask me how my wife is doing and how our sons are doing. I feel like we have a personal relationship with Ron. Capital Ford all of feel real proud of having this gentleman working for them. He is very honest and has great integrity. He works hard for his company and his customers. I hope he gets recognized from this review. If you're looking to buy a car ask for Ron he is in the new car Department
Courtney Elliott is the best! My daughter was looking for a reliable used car. Courtney was kind, honest, and very helpful. She helped my daughter find a good, reliable car at a very good price. There were a few issues that needed to be fixed and Courtney made sure everything was fixed. I had also been looking for a car, but was unsure of exactly what I wanted. Courtney was patient & helped me find exactly what I wanted in a car, at exactly the price I wanted to pay. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a car. She is one of the few car sales persons I've ever felt wasn't trying to just make a sale, but really cared about us. I hope Capital ford realizes what a gem they have, but in such a male dominated feild; I'm not certain they do.

He provided us with information that was needed, then we took a great demonstration ride. During our test drive talked enjoyed good conversation. The vehicle was as shown on their site.
