A fun car to drive, handles and drives very well. Gas mileage is over 40MPG highway. Seating is comfortable except for the backseat and cabin is cramped. This car has lots of features and technology for the money. Overall a great value. My only complaint so far is the transmission has a slight stumble when in the lower gear when going from a complete stop, it is hard to get use to this and doesn’t always do this consistently.? I very much like driving this car!

This car has met all of our needs. We put a ton of miles on it over the past year and a half and haven't maintained it as well as we should have, but its still running without any issues. (60,000 miles) all it has needed are new tires, brake pads, and oil changes. The transmission is sometimes a little odd sounding - shutters a little, and not as strong/tight feeling as it was when we purchased the car (continuous transmission).
The interior feel, solid road feel, and great gas mileage have you feeling as though your driving a more expensive car than what it is.
I've really enjoyed this vehicle and would recommend it to anyone trying to save money on a new or lightly used car.
If you do your homework on the car you want and they have what you want, do it! The best part was, the car was delivered to me! I felt like a baller when the car showed up in my driveway. Customer service was amazing. Best part, no pressure. Just me and my laptop, looking at all the cars until I found what I wanted. Just do your homework on the vehicle, you can't go wrong!!!!! Thank you all at VROOM........

Overall I love it. The styling is gorgeous. I have never and will likely never need any major maintenance on it. Ford has the power to surprise.
I had very specific requirements and Vroom was the only place that had what I wanted. They offered me blue book on the trade in and the purchase with no haggling. The car was as described. The lighting on their pictures was off so much I thought the interior was gray and not black. Luckily I'm fine with black. Customer service has been great. Delivery was fast. The car came with a white residue all over it, I guess the soap they use; I had to work hard to get it off. They delivered it to me in a public place with no gas. The fuel light was on. I wanted to drive around the parking lot and acclimate my self to the car but I felt immense time pressure to get to a gas station and as a result hit the road without even adjusting the mirrors. Kind of dangerous. Right now they are having a problem getting me the title almost two months after purchase; not sure if it's Vroom's fault but at least they are politely keeping me up to date and sending me a replacement drive-out tag since the first one is about to expire. As scary as it was buying a car online, I'd say overall it has gone well and I would recommend Vroom. Be aware that the contract forces you to give up your right to sue in court. You can opt out by sending a letter to Vroom's lawyers in New York.

I loved the fact that it had the perks of an SUV with the great gas mileage of a small car but that’s where the benefits end. I bought it brand new last year and have already had the clutch replaced twice and the touch screen is faulty. It flickers from dim to bright, and the backup camera glitches. Sometimes the screen goes black altogether. Thank goodness it’s under warranty because it would have cost me multi thousands of dollars to repair. Incredibly disappointing.
Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

Car is more reliable and has more interior room than other foreign competitors that I have test driven. It has all of the bells and whistles! Back-up camera, Satellite radio, USB ports, 12V ports, trunk buttons and remote, alloy rims, cruise control, SYNC technology for Hands-Free phone calls and voice commands for radio and phone calls, it's awesome! Drives great, heat & AC fire up immediately! It's a great car!
Found the van we wanted and filled out the paperwork and a week later I had a Honda Odyssey in my driveway. This is by far the easiest, hassle free way to buy a car. Eric Smith was phenomenal answering any questions I had and very accommodating during the entire process. I will never go to a traditional dealership to buy another car. I can not recommend vroom highly enough. Give it a try, you won???t be disappointed.

Our experience with Vroom was better than expected. Our Pacifica Van was like new. The registration in California went smoothly (make an appointment with your local DMV in california) All title papers were in order as well as extended warranty information. My suggestion is know exactly what you want, know the market and you will not be disappointed. Vroom follows through
I was convinced my Mercury needed a new engine but after the service manager and tech people checked it out they determined the noise was not a problem. This saved me about $5,000.00 and there was no charge for this service.
We were also provided transportation to a local restaurant for lunch while the car was being checked.
Considering the general feeling that most auto dealers are less than truthful, I am extremely pleased with this service department.
Most professional group of people I have ever worked with ! Financing was awesome,fast and efficient . I have never bought from a dealership that had me in and out within 2 hours. No Pressure ! No Hassle ! I was VERY impressed with my experience today . I am even more impressed with the GREAT deal I got on the Dodge Ram truck I drove off the lot with . I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy their next vehicle and I will be back in the future . Pay no attention to some of the petty reviews written here and I noticed there are a few . Go down use some common business sense ,do your research before you buy , and you will find Car Max has it all !

Today the guys at Ole Ben Franklin Motors in Alcoa really saved me. My 2 yr old Lincoln MKZ was showing low battery in the key so I decided to change the batteries in both key fobs. They came apart easily but over 2 hrs later a total of 4 intelligent adults were unable to put them back together, so I am thinking I have to drive all the way into Knoxville to the delearship where I purchased the car. I had company coming and really didn’t have time but my car was useless until I did. So I jumped into my old Ford truck and took off. On the way I passed Ole Ben Franklin Motors so I thought why not try to see if they could do it. I walked in and explained my problem and the first guy asked if I bought the car from them. I said no and he said OK and went right to work on the fob. After a couple of minutes he decided there must be some trick to it and walked me over to Tom Weiss the general manager. Tom immediately smiled at me, took the fob and went to work on it. It took him about 4-5 minutes but he got it together and handed it back to me. I thought I may be pushing my luck a bit but took the other fob out of the bag and asked if he would do that one too. It was in 4 pieces so soon a delightful young named Mitchell walked up and between them both they got the second one back together. THANK YOU TOM AND MITCHELL for your graciousness. I was treated like their best customer ever even though they knew I had never purchased anything from them. They are the kind of people I love doing business with so I will give them a try the next time I need a car.

Beautiful hatch back and the blue candy paint is beautiful, I bought this car for my wife and she loved it until about 10,000 miles the transmission starting slipping or shuttering . Carried it back to The Ford dealer and I was told that the tranny was supposed to slip or shutter when it shifted . I was told that there was nothing wrong . I asked the Ford dealer why did it take 10,000 miles before it started this shifting crap !!!! I have purchased 5 new Fords over the years and I am very dissatisfied with this 2017 focus. It’s time to trade before the warranty runs out !!!!
I noticed a SUV on their website. I went down on a Mon morning to check it out & was apprehensive since this was my first Chevrolet purchase. Bobbi Blackburn took me out for a drive & put me at ease. I had other appointments that day so I left her my info & all the work everyone dreads at a car lot was done by that evening and papers ready to sign. The unusual part is they make everything as fun, exciting and convenient as possible for the consumer, not themselves. Having not so perfect credit is always an issue when it comes to being able to get what u WANT instead of what u can qualify for. Not at Farris! They made sure I got every option I WANTED. My son was sick and we couldn’t make it to the lot to sign some papers so Jamie, the finance manager, came to us very close to our home just to help us. Matt worked on the loan all day until we settled on a great price for exactly what I wanted. Randall was great explaining every part of the financing. Last but certainly not least in any way, Brian! He was great! He was with me from waiting for me on the sidewalk when I pulled up on the lot, treating my whole family like his own making fresh coffee for my mom, getting drinks for my dad and showing my 3 year old son where the toys were so they would all be comfortable. He stayed with me during my test drive all the while pointing out all the options and conveniences that were a part of my new car. Even after the purchase, he sat with me and went over everything to make sure I didn’t miss any of the bells and whistles. Brian was really great! Everyone there treated us just like family. It was a wonderful experience. And the icing on the cake is when my 3 year old son got the privilege of hitting the gong to announce the purchase of our new car! He LOVED it!!
