The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.

Great gas mileage , sound system is very nice. Styling inside and out is very eye appealing. Spacious trunk, a little down on power with the 4 cylinder.
Ask for Dane. If you tell him Chris sent you, he will laugh - because truth be told I am not a typical customer and I ran him through the ringer buying my GT plugin hybrid Outlander. Although born here, Dane spent a lot of time on the East Coast and thus comes across as an East Coast "car salesman" EXCEPT for some critical differences:
1) He not only knows what he's talking about when describing these amazing hybrid 4x4s but knows when there is something he does not know....and is thus open to learning more from customers. He also fully admits the cars shortcomings. It is easy to underestimate how critical this is in a salesperson when one is considering such a huge purchase.
2) Honesty and trust lead to successful deals. They also lead to successful after-sales relationships. No matter the issue, Dane - and by extension Younkers - was there months after the sale was completed. Every time I return - even for merely getting the license plates attached or asking weird questions - Dane answered back immediately, politely and enthusiastically. "Car salesperson" is not an easy job. They don't make much $ and are some of the most maligned workers in this country. They work long hours and put up with customers suspicious of them before even meeting them. Dane handled that role very well. He's a "real" person who I found easy to trust and the kind of guy you could call a friend after the deal. The overall experience at Younkers was very laid back, easy and commendable.

Great car for a first time buyer. Solid styling and appearance. Excellent gas mileage. Adequate interior room, both front and back. Good acceleration for a 4 cylinder.
Steve and Rob were very pleasant to work with. They were very helpful in trying to find the truck that we needed for our family. They gave us a fair trade on our trucks and we’ll definitely come back to Fugate in the future.
Buying a car from here was the best experience I’ve ever had! I have been taken advantage of in the past, but from the moment I spoke to my salesman Kelvin it was different. This was the first time I felt like I wasn’t being taken advantage of and the whole process was fast, but without me feeling rushed or pressured! I love all the bluetooth features. This was one of my top things in a car. The screen functions are so useful because it has bluetooth options,voice assistance,backup camera, temperature options, etc.
Had a Wonderful experienceed with Phyllip R and Josh H. They made our buying experience a breeze. I definitely recommended this Dealership to anyone and everyone.

This car is driven mostly for work, and handles very well on the highway. It has great pickup for a 4 cylindar vehicle, and the eco boost provides great pickup. It measures up to any of my V6 vehicles I've owned in the past.
Forget the negative stigma that comes with car dealerships and sales folks. I dealt with Steve and immediately dropped my guard. He was responsive, clear in his communications, honest, very friendly, and most importantly, extremely easy to work with.
Price was below norm, warranty included, and overall, made me feel confident that the car was in perfect condition, as well as an excellent deal!
Would most definitely go back again!!!!

I loved this car so much, that I obtained a newer version of it 2018. I had absolutely no issues with this car at all. Smooth ride, perfect for our small family and even for our grandchildren. This car was reliable and if Ford would have stopped making it in 2016 I would have kept my 2016.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
