2017 Ford Fusion Sport: I bought this car April 2019 with approximately 6000 miles on it. It was a personal lease vehicle from Michigan that sold at auction to the dealership I purchased it from in Wisconsin. I currently have 55,000 miles on it. I bought this car because of its power and stability on the road. I took it on a round trip from Wisconsin to Maine and back and it performed beautifully while averaging 30+ miles per gallon. The myriad features on this car are incredible. From adaptive cruise control and lane deviation sensors to automated ride suspension, this has been a joy to own and drive. Auto dimming rear view and side view mirrors make driving easy, day and night. Remote start during winter months is a huge feature, especially with the heated seats, steering wheel and climate control. The sporty look and feel of this car along with its streamlined design make me a proud owner. I’ve received many compliments by onlookers.

Shawn was wonderful to work with. He looked out for us and went out of his way to make this a very pleasant experience, We came from the Southgate dealership and it was like night and day difference. Southgate never returned our calls and the service department was the worst.

I've owned a 2017 Ford Fusion SE since 2019 and it's been amazing, right up until someone hit-n-run me causing it to be declared a total loss. I've mostly driven the highway in my Fusion and honestly I'm going to miss it, it's been an amazing vehicle. Started at 33k miles and ended at 74k only having to replace the rotors, brakes and tires in the 5 year time frame.

I worked with Omar and he did a great job during the entire process from picking me up at the airport to going over the technical issues with the AMG SL that I purchased. The paperwork was done in a matter of minutes as he had everything organized. He spent as much time as necessary getting me out the door for my enjoyable ride home to Memphis. Hats off to the Roadrunner Team that supported him as well.

I bought the car one year ago, I did not face any problems. Fuel consumption is great, very comfortable and luxurious compared to its competitors like Sonata, Accord, or Camry. Exterior design gave a car some prestige and took it the car to the next level.

Osman and Ali were professionals throughout my entire experience! Osman, the manager may I remind you....was cleaning my car, a 2012 Nissan Leaf before handing it over to me....I mean, if that is not the definition of leadership or commitment...I have NO earthly idea what is.... good luck finding that in other self-centered dealerships. Osman and Ali came in on Saturday to insure that I was taking care of. Even made sure that my purchase process met my requirements. FOR ALL OF YOU, let me elaborate. I was purchasing an EV (electric vehicle) with a budget under 10K and with less than 100 miles on the motor. In this case, it was an EV car under 10k with 58,000 miles, this is un heard of and good luck finding a dealership guaranteeing you a set of comfort when driving it out of the lot.....thats if your battery is not degraded...go youtube that xxxx. Well, Osman did, he literally cleaned my car, gave me some insurance for my peace of mind, and was completely professional throughout the process. I've owned over 15 cars within my lifespan (BMWs, Dodge SRT-10s, Toyotas, Subarus STIs, 150s.etc) with multiple of "Sub-Standard" experiences because of dealerships and vulture-like salesmen "cough cough, Ann Arbor!", but I never had a manager follow through with a reasonable price in an outrageously high car market demand. LA Trading is legit, speak to them in a transparent manner, tell them your expectations and budget. I am sure you will not complain. Do your research and youtube your vehicles. Its not that hard... One of the best sedans I have ever owned. It has the 2.0 liter eco boost engine which has plenty of power and decent fuel economy, particularly on the highway. I have heard about engine problems developing around 80k miles but I am not there yet. I always let it cool down at low power or idle before shutting down the engine, which should take care of the problem that I have heard about with the eco boost engines.

Gabrielle “Gabi” was absolutely amazing!! I was a very challenging customer, changed my mind on three vehicles, my last change was after the paperwork was completed. She didn’t hesitate to accommodate my requests and was a great pleasure to deal with. The entire staff was extremely courteous and welcoming. Honestly was the best car buying experience I have ever had. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, I’d go with Gabi! I certainly will purchase from them again.

Zane, Mark, Victor, the whole team, provided the ultimate support throughout the sale and followup after (they dealt with a Secretary of State foul-up). We live an hour away, so most contact was via phone calls. They were always responded quickly to calls and called back with answers. I am beyond satisfied with my new pickup and with Brokers and Sellers.

Drove from pittsburgh to Michigan to buy a tahoe. It was everything we talking about over the phone and nathan was very helpful and made everything easy as could be. Well worth the drive!!
