The people here are so nice and will do everything to help you find the car that works for you and in your price range. As a first time car buyer I had an amazing experience getting a car. I was looking at originally at a Jeep Compass and ended up getting a Nissan Rogue. I am much more happy with this choice gas millage wise then the compass. Me and the Mrs. looked at a used Lincoln MKS there and were helped by Pat Koss he was very friendly and informative and gave us a good deal on it...the car was immaculate when we saw it and it sparkled when we picked it up...we would recommend this place....He even called a couple of days after and asked if we were happy...
Everything was as I requested don and James were knowledgable about the vehicle and some upgrades I want to do they have us tour of the service department and we are going to use you for all of our service needs.
I took my Ford Escape to the service department for an oil change. The only problem was the chaos in the parking lot. There is a lot of remodeling and confusion. I had to wait in my vehicle for thirty minutes or so.
I have received three e-mails, a phone call and a letter thanking me for using your service. Why are you sending so many e-mails and other correspondence to thank me for using the Ford service? It is annoying.
