I made an appointment, confirmed the appointment when I arrived on time it was the guys day off. So they passed me to someone I had not been discussing my wants with. I explained I had $32,000 to work with. They could have said "we cant help you" And it would have been no hard feelings and I would have been on my way. instead the kept me for 30mins. then came back with 34,500 and said they were loosing money on that. So I got up and left. First off they arent going to sell you a truck at a loss. Otherwise they wouldnt have a job. Secondly there is the sticker price, then the invoice price then the dealer cost. When they say they are selling you something at invoice they are still making $2-3,000 profit due to the dealer holdback and dealer incentive monies. I dont do games, I know what I want I know what I have to spend and I tell them so. either they can deal with that or they cant. I didnt appreciate their games.
Matt Wilson was the internet manager who helped me with my pricing excellent guy to work with really looks out for you superb customer service Dave forres was just as equally helpful going over the car and helping me with paperwork and everything else this company I would highly recommend it made me turn into a Ford believer once again I would go to Bob Thomas Ford every time highly recommend them for a car

I previously owned a 1998 Ford Explorer (limited), I loved that vehicle. The next vehicle was a 2005 Mercury Mountaineer. I soon realized I should have stayed with an Explorer. I recently searched and found my 2018 Explorer (limited) at Bob Thomas Ford and with their help I'm back in the vehicle I love. It's a great vehicle, great purchase experience, great price, great sales and financing support from Bob Thomas North location, couldn't be happier !!!! Went in there and vehicle was priced a bit above the KBB but they gave me Good trade value on my truck plus we worked out a deal on a few added things to make up the price point difference. It was a pleasant buying experience overall. Talk to James Mendez, he was very good salesman and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want.

My wife and I recently needed to purchase a new minivan for our family. Honestly, we weren???t looking forward to it - we were overwhelmed and a bit stressed... and the timing for our family budget was rough. We had heard great things about the New Haven O???Daniel Ford, so we decided to at least try to talk to someone. My sister recommended Mike Pocci, and she was 100% accurate. Mike was genuine, kind, and very knowledgeable. He did not try to get us in a more expensive car. He stayed in our budget. He kept in contact with us through text and calls the next free days before we officially signed. We also worked with Ryan Keebler and Mike Everton, and we couldn???t have been more impressed. Everyone was upfront and honest. They all communicated with us throughout the process. This team made this potentially stressful situation easy and even enjoyable! Dan & Johnny couldn't have been more helpful. Dan Hall was in constant contact with me and kept me updated all along the way. I had prior credit issues & most salesmen don't work as hard as he did when they come across clients with problem credit! That wasn't the case with Dan Hall at all. He went above and beyond for several days until I had to call off an Awesome Deal he had worked out for me because an emergency came up which I had to put my downpayment towards. That wasn't Dan's or the Dealership's fault it was my personal issue. Ben Davis Auto Group and Dan Hall greatly Deserve this review because of ALL the Very Hard Work they put into my deal I should have been able to make happen! I will return there when I have that downpayment again!
I bought a 2016 Ford F-150 from Jim Schmitz back in early July. I recently had the brakes replaced with new rotors and had to work done by my mechanic in the town that I live in. I contacted Jim Schmidt about this problem and they have taken care of over half of the bill or paying for the parts and they realized it was a mistake on their part work should have been done originally and they made it right with me I am writing this review into cancel out the other two because they came forward and made it right with the customer( myself).
Everything went well with the purchase of my 2017 Expedition EL. We took delivery the day after our visit because they were to have fixed the back-up camera. The back-up camera was faulty with the image being distorted and was identified during test drive with agreement to have it fixed. Upon delivery, on the same day, the camera again failed and has continued to not be functional (this is day 2). I'm not to worried because they said they would make sure it was fixed so I will write a follow up to this to let you know how it turns out.
That said I feel based on my initial experience they will be true to their word. Look for a review once it does or doesn't get repaired. I do want to say I dealt with AJ (sales) and he was great to work with, always following up and keeping me up to date over a lengthy period. At this time I would recommend him as a great representative of the dealership being knowledgeable and easy to work with.
David Dressler worked with us on the purchase of our new truck. Very professional, honest and all with personalized service. He worked quickly to find the truck I wanted and got it for me to pick up within a few days. Very happy customer!!

Dennis Recker is one of the best sales reps, I've gotten two vehicles through him, he and the team has made it so easy to work with Ford. They made my time important , always making sure I had all the info that I needed on the autos I wanted. I would send any family member and friend to then.
I can't say enough about Bluffton Family Ford! I found their vehicle online and reached out via the web. They responded same day. Their customer service was top notch. I never once felt pressured from any of their staff. I was in a lease with another car company and Todd from Bluffton Family Ford sat down with me for an hour (on a busy Saturday) to review my lease with me and answered questions that I had. Unfortunately we found out that I was unable to walk a way with a car that day due to my lease. Even after finding out this information, the finance manager Linda sat down with me and assisted me with available options moving forward with my lease. I was taken back by how helpful they were knowing that I wasn't leaving with a new car. To me this showed that the word 'family' isn't just a name in their title, they live it up to. I am proud to say I was able to come back after working through my lease and purchase a car from them. I'm very lucky to have worked with such great staff. Throughout this process I stayed in touch with Brett and he provided honest and quick feedback the whole time! While we are almost two hours away, I will still be referring people their way!
Purchased a new truck from Kelley Ford, the salesperson Tom Hawkins was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to go over everything. He and the other people at Kelley Ford treated me like a person and not a paycheck. There wasn’t any pressure and they let me know about all my options.
