Our experience with Grote was and continues to be a very satisfying and positive experience. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and told us up front what are options were, and work diligently to get us in a vehicle that was within our price range, and comfortable monthly payments. It has been a year now since we purchased our truck and we have had no problems. We utilize the service department regularly for oil changes, and the service staff is wonderful, Patrick and Bob are so polite and my wait is never long, their prices for service is very reasonable, the best I've found in town. Bob will keep you laughing, he is so funny. They even have coloring books and crayons for the kids which I found very useful when having to bring my grandchild with me at times of service. Grote is true to it's motto " They are truly for the people" and I stand by that, we have even referred family member, who have purchased vehicles and they are also very please with their service. Andre and I are customers for life, and when we're ready to upgrade to our next truck, Grote will definitely get our business. If you're in the market to purchase a new vehicle, please give Grote a try, I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

for the money It is a good car. However it has never come close to the mpg posted on the window. And mileage was a big reason i purchased the car. I have had no mechanical problems with the car. My wifes car got much better mpg and felt more solid and was quite inside. But we paid 50% more for that. Wife wins. I like my Hyundai

Imagine having the dreaded "Check Engine" light blinking at you when you're 200 miles from home. That's what happened with my 2010 Dodge Challenger Rallye SE. It was Sunday night when the dreaded light appeared. The following Monday morning, at 7 .A.M. I limped into Glenbrook Dodge in Fort Wayne without an appointment. The cheery technician asked if I have a warranty (I did) and said, "We'll have a look for you." NOT ONE HOUR LATER...the technician came back and said an EGR valve needed to be replaced (for a $100 deductible), but that the car was safe to drive around town until my next payday. He also suggested cleaning the fuel injectors and throttle-body, which didn't seem unreasonable at 51,000 miles. When I returned for service, the friendly staff serviced my car and had me on the road within 3 hours or so. I drove back to Chicago and...wait for it...got 31 M.P.G. highway from my well-maintained V-6 Challenger. I'd buy a car from them or ESPECIALLY go back for service in a heartbeat!

I bought my blazer for 700 and it is strong running these truck are built to handle anything it is really good on gas milage for the size and age 15 to 20 in town and 20 to 25 on highway the throttle body engines are built to handle anything I would really recondmend a s 10 blazer to anyone. The length and hight of the s10 blazer is more built for 4x4 ing in the mountains I only take my blazer out every once in a while.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

2013 XD, everything you would expect from one of the last ’made in Japan’ vehicles you can get in the US - reliability, functionality, high resale value, fantastic mpg. I’m big, but my wife and I love little cars and this is the ultimate commuter or gas-sipping interstate ride. I even towed a Mazda Mirage down the shoulder of the interstate to the next exit, with plenty of power to spare. We had owned an XA and weren’t disappointed by this newer version.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

Carvana has the most Happy & Helpful Reps. I have ever dealt with. I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! Rick Kruger could not have been more helpful as I considered replacing my beloved 2007 Honda Odyssey (318,000 miles!). I didn't purchase my Odyssey at Don Ayres Honda, but I have been taking it there for service for about 8 years. The service department is fantastic. I've worked with a couple of great service advisors, and Dillon is just terrific. When I told Dillon Steenport I was contemplating replacing my Odyssey, and wanted to take a test drive during my last oil change appointment, he personally walked me over to the sales area, introduced me to the manager, and made sure the manager knew what I needed. The manager asked Rick to help me, and I am so grateful. I knew I would replace my vehicle with another Honda, and wanted something with great visibility, great handling, and lots of room. The Pilot met all those needs. Rick explained everything about the car, differences between models, updates from my '07 (a LOT), etc. Test drive went great. Rick did not pressure me at all; I never felt like I was buying a car. He was extremely helpful. When my husband came to test drive the car, Rick went over the car with him as well. We had a great experience with both of us there for the second test drive. When we decided to buy the car, Rick made it as easy as possible. Our finance consultant, Joe Gates, didn't pressure us at all and made that part of our transaction go rather smoothly. And finally, before I left the parking lot with my new vehicle, Rick went over everything again to make sure I understood the technology and all the extras. He helped set up my phone, and made sure we knew he was there for any future questions or concerns. I love driving my Honda Pilot! It handles very well, is roomy, and everything is where it should be on the Honda dashboard and steering wheel :). I don't feel like we've bought a car from someone we'll never talk to again; I feel like we've purchased a vital piece of equipment through someone who will see us through the lifetime of this vehicle. To put it simply, my Mother calls my Elantra, the "Spaceship". And she's one used to driving Chevy Impalas, with more bells and whistles than one could imagine! My Hyundai is automatic everything. I love the shift manual option. (I prefer manual transmissions) So this was quite a nice suprise when I found out what it was. LOL! Something I didn't know about, and wasn't shown when I test drove and purchased the car. I don't think the salesman knew about this transmission shifting inclusion. It's very Stylish, safe, dependable and a wonderful deal for my $. My only complaint is the seats stain very easily. Everything else is wonderful!

On June 14th I purchased a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer SUV from IMAGE CARS, Inc. I purchased the SUV “As is.” Purchasing a used auto, I expect there to be things that need repaired, but I learned that the vehicle had numerous issues and at that point was told that it needed more than I was able to put into fixing it. Having bought the vehicle “as is,” I expected that I was stuck with it, but decided to send a letter to Image Cars and my salesman to let him know of the trouble I was having. Upon learning of my difficulties the salesman, Chip, and owner Amar immediately contacted me and set up a meeting for me to come in and talk to them. Concerned of the treatment I would receive as a female and having had unpleasant experiences in the past, I took an advocate with me and what followed simply blew me away! The gentlemen apologized for the difficulty I had had both with the mechanical problems and upon finding out that I rely upon my vehicle for my job and had missed work because of it. They asked me to return the next day to give them time to see what they could do. As I admitted above, I held prejudiced views towards car dealers due to bad experiences in my past, so still feeling nervous and unsure of what to expect I returned the next day with my advocate to find that they had found a vehicle that was similar but much more sound and safe. They allowed me to take the vehicle with me over night to get to know it and have it checked out by an independent party to see if I would like to trade for it. They also stated that if I did not like it they would keep searching for me. I now have a safe, reliable vehicle that I love. Image Cars, Inc., went out of their way to be sure of that. Amar told me that I could have come to him right away with the issues, and that I needed to be sure to let him know immediately if I had problems with the trade. Amar, Chip, and Image Cars, Inc. have taught me that all car dealerships are not the same. These gentlemen are respectable businessmen who have impressed me with their integrity and willingness to go above and beyond to have satisfied customers. I am pleased to be able to share this review with anyone who reads it. And my appreciation for the honorable way they run their business. They set the standard for what a dealership should be.

Car is amazingly comfortable and well made for the price point. We got the Value Trim. All in all, we got the car for almost 8,000 usd cheaper than a similarly equipped CRV after rebates. Cargo opening is a little on the small side but does not really bother us. Driving dynamics are not the best but not too boring either unless you like to drive really fast. Corners pretty well and also does not feel sluggish in the free way. Hands free lift gate is very convenient and in my opinion, the car has just enough safety features that you don’t become dependent on them. Coupled with amazing warranty, hard to find a better deal.

Called on Friday March 11 @ 8am. Flat Tire. Only had the emergency tire kit ( No Spare ). Was instructed to bring car in and they would work me in. I arranged to have vehicle delivered to the facility @ 9:30. Chris Called to tell me that the car was @ the dealership and they would call me with the details. Received call about 10:30 that they could repair the tire and would call me when it was completed. Chris called after 1:pm and said the car was ready. I went to the dealership and the cashier said the cost was approx 65.00 dollars. I said that the cost quoted was $25.00 dollars for the tire. We reviewed the print out and noted that the scheduled service for an oil change ( 3 Days later was Monday the 14th ) was completed while the car tire was being repaired. Pleasantly surprised. Chris was called to re-do the paper work and the cost went down to $58.35. Everyone was very helpful@ the dealership.

We visited and contacted many dealerships buying this car, and this was by far the friendliest and lowest pressure shopping experience. Like any car sale, shoppers need to go in with research done and sale price firmly decided upon, because the finance manager's job is to make as much money as possible. This dealership is no different in that respect, although the finance guy I worked with was pleasant enough and relented enough to land on my desired price. My salesman was John Conklin - excellent to work with, and I highly recommend him.

Loved ours! Great features for the value price. Sporty, great bright colors were made (ours was Header Orange. Loved the racetrack taillights! Great gas mileage, especially when commuting... usually around 36-38 mpg. Great pick up for a 4 cylinder engine (2.0 Tigershark automatic transmission). Would have been our go to car for a long time, had someone not turned directly in front of us, ending up in it being totalled!!!! But car definitely held up well in the accident and protected us better than most vehicles would have. Definitely deserves its 5-star safety rating. Comfortably seats 4 adults, but can seat 5. Wish Dodge still made the Dart! I'd buy a new one in a heartbeat!

I bought this car back when I was in college when it just came out, and 20 years later it's still going strong! It's no Ferrari but it defiantly suits my needs. It just glides down the road and around turns like its nothing. I'm going to hate to have to get rid of it when it finally quits.
