Easy to navigate facility; friendly honest people. Fair pricing, I didn’t feel overcharged. Quick auto repair service. Very clean waiting area with enough seating.
Your service folks were fine, but I am disappointed with Ford Motor Company with not dealing with my 2012 Ford Focus with known issues with the transmission/clutch operation history. I paid over $100 recently to get diagnosed with issue that was already known from previous dealer visits, and remedy was now quoted at over $1000 to fix. Runs the same as when I bought (rough shifting always, from day one as known issue with this model), and explained to anther Ford Dealer previously, but now is not eligible for extended warranty fix. Dealer would not fix under warranty earlier, before mileage limit exceeded.
I was in the market for a used Kia Optima and found one at Ron Marhofer in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio that was priced well below market. Lonnie Murdoch was quick to respond to my inquiry on Car Gurus. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was extremely helpful in responding to my questions. This dealership's philosophy is upfront and honest dealing, no pressure and no haggle which made my car buying experience easy and pleasant. I would strongly recommend giving this dealership a try...the drive is well worth it.
My wife recently took my Ford Escape in for a leak caused by the drain from the sunroof. The shop preemptively fixed my recalls for me that I wasn’t even aware existed and got me back in my vehicle the same day. Excellent service all around and quality interactions throughout.
Just purchased a new Volkswagen GLI 2016 sedan ! This vehicle is not only beautiful but is equipt with amazing features ! Thanks to sales agent Jimmy Ascosta I'm driving around a hot seller. What a awesome team at city Mitsubishi !
Just bought my car from here. Nice small place, clean. Went in saw the car exactly as advertised. They didn’t raise the price on me or tell me it’s a finance price only. Straight deal. Would recommend them anytime. Thanks NY Auto Traders
Usually purchase new cars but many friends suggested we look to Linders for a quality used car.
We were really impressed by the "no Pressure" sales man, Ron Stokoski.
He was knowledgeable about the stock in the area we were interested and showed us a wide variety to pick from.
After trying some out we selected a 2014 Lexus ES 350 and purchased it on the spot.
Can't say enough about how we were treated and instructed on vehicle operation operation.
Linders lived up to all the good things our friends said about them.
I purchased my new Toyota C-HR 2018 at Toyota of Dallas at the lowest price that I can find in DFW metroplex during last Memorial Day 5/28. The selections of all models at this dealer are so huge and the staffs are so friendly and knowledgeable. Although this was a very busy Memorial Day, they managed to complete my purchase in the shortest time that they can and so much quickier than I can expect. From saleperson to sale manager to finance manager, they are all truly professionals ! I strongly recommend this dealer. When you are in need for a new car, you should visit to believe it !
About the dealership & scheduling: This is by far the biggest showroom for used cars I had been to. It also attracts huge crowds, esp on weekends. But the front desk and agents are quite efficient. 5 stars for that. Inventory & Pricing: For several cars I was interested in, DriversSelect seems to have the lowest prices. For the particular car I was looking for, they were the only that had in the inventory. Certainly, 5 starts for competitive pricing. Buying experience: Most of the pre-work is done online, email, text etc. On the day of purchase, after test driving, there isn't any pressure except occasional email pings. I had to spend ~ 3 hrs from start to finish. Not too bad based on my previous experiences. They, however, try to sell hard the extended warranty. Their mortgaging options are also quite limited - its somewhat competitive, but you are out of luck if you want to finance the car with a credit union. 4 stars for that. Agent Experience; Dan Dasch was my agent. Super friendly to work with. The one-stop agent for everything is welcome (though he had to bring in a "specialist" to sell me the extended warranty after I refused it initially). 5 stars for that. Overall: This is one of the pleasant experiences I had with car buying. If you are in the market for cars, worth checking them out. 5 stars overall.
Very nice location, great customer service and follow up. I'm still early in the buying process and haven't been pressured, just following up consistently.
Antony Castano at Metro Ford did my buying experience really very nice. I went one day, choose the car and he did all the paper work. Call him after a few hours, confirmed the sale and told him I was going to be there next day at 11.00 am.
Went at 11.00 am and out driving the new car at 12.30 pm. Keep the good job Antony.
I bought a 2013 Mercedes Benz C250 AMG. Words can???t describe the great service I received and the great product I purchased. I got an amazing rate for the car loan at 3.49%, better then my employer was offering. This is the second car I???ve bought from Arizona Best Cars and I continue to buy my cars from them after the excellent service and superior products they offer!
John DeArmond @ Camelback Toyota: I trust him and them

Just returned home from Camelback Toyota in Phoenix with another purchase, this time a used car. The car wasn't my first choice, nor my 3rd. but since it was for a college daughter to use far away from home, her wants & desires were also important. And, it turns out, I am very happy with the result. To be clear, I don't like salesmen. But I trust John DeArmond and really feel that he, and the dealership, puts my interests first. Obviously there is a bottom line. Yet, I also feel like I got a pretty good deal. This is the second vehicle we purchased from him and Camelback Toyota. The first was a new car 5 years ago. Which @ 80,000 miles now has still had NO problems and still drives like a dream. Not only was the sale an excellent experience, but the AFTER sale experience has been outstanding. John has kept in touch, literally for years, genuinely concerned that our experience was continuing to be nothing but the best. He's always been available for questions and advice regarding our purchase and other car related information. For basic tune-up stuff we have a nearby shop we like to go to. But I when we have a dealer specific thing to be done to our car, such as the 50,000 or 75,000 check, we go to the dealer. This dealer. We always feel helped and never used. So when we decided to replace the 20 year old car our girl was driving, he was the first thought of where to turn. Oh, we checked out Cars.com and the rental car companies, but our first choice was to call John. And I'm glad we did. The car buying experience can be frustrating. I've purchase at least 20 cars in my lifetime, both new and used, and really love just how painless and easy these guys make the process. Truly no pressure. Yes, they are a business, and so yes, they want you to buy a car, preferably from them. But, it's really about choices. MY choices. MY preferences, and what they can do to HELP me in fulfilling them. We gave John our parameters a couple of weeks ago and he came up with several choices that day. Spent several hours with him last week going through and driving different cars before finally deciding on a choice vehicle. We put a hold on it and when our college girl was home on spring break a last Sunday, we had her try them out. But, LOL, it turned out she liked something completely different. However, it was no problem for these guys, probably used to people changing their minds. Did I spend more than if I'd bought from an individual? Well... yes and no. Yes I paid at or below the "blue book" price. But I am also sure, and comfortable in the knowledge that this vehicle doesn't have any major problems. Nor is it likely to have any "minor" ones any time soon. And.. paying slightly more than the "suggested retail price" we were able to include an extended warranty that will take care of any problems for several years to come. Did they make a profit. Sure. But I definitely also got a deal. I'm happy, spouse is happy, child's happy. So, I've got another happy car purchase, and will be calling him again, probably in another 5 years. Because, and this is important, they're not in this business for just one sale, they're in it for the long run.
