I had a failure on a rather obscure part, and a replacement was required. My vehicle was out of warranty, but the part needed (not in stock) should have had a much longer service life. Leonardtown Ford confirmed the part's premature failure, managed some how to find a same day replacement and get it installed. And they then discounted my bill (not that I requested them to do so) as gesture of goodwill from them and from Ford. All in all, a very customer friendly experience.
