It was time to trade in my truck and to be honest, the only reason why I ended up at this dealership was because they had the truck I wanted. So I made contact to see if we could make a deal and well they appraised my vehicle at less then I owed. So I thought that I was taking my business else where but then they offered me more then I owed. I was very pleased but worried I couldn’t afford the truck I wanted. Then I started talking with Kyle about financing. I told him what I wanted for a payment and he made it happen. The next hurdle was showing up to trade in my truck two days later when the check engine light came on. I was now dealing with Noel. I thought for sure that the deal was off but Noel reassured me not to worry and that he would do his best to get me in the truck I wanted. After some waiting he came back and we walked in to sign the papers. I was thrilled then Noel asked who my insurance was and if I was interested in taking a look at lowering it, i said sure and he made some calls. After about 20 minutes we found a company that lowered my insurance by $80 a month. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this dealership and it’s fantastic staff to everyone. Thanks

I filled out an online app in hopes of a newer/used vehicle for myself and family as I have 4 children 2 of witch are teens who drive and as a single father i wanted something i can feel 100% worry free with as I send my daughter's out on their daily errands, school, etc. With 2 divorces and struggles in life I never thought it would be possible to get a new car however I had to try. I got approved online and like most everyone else thought ya sure until I get there I'm approved then they'll want a years salary for a down payment but I went anyway! I got there and meet with Art and after a half hour he had gotten me into not a used car but a brand new 2018 Nissan Altima! Now I can go work my 10 hour days, my children can go to school, run their errands and I don't have to worry about their safety or if their broke down somewhere! I love you my ford fusion. I wish it would be better on gas. But its great for the price i paid. Very bright led headlights best in class
When the manager takes the time to meet you and simply say thank you for stopping by - to me that is important. No pressure at all, just helping me understand the process and finding the best deal possible. My wife and I were considering the Escape to downsize from our minivan, we were presented with a great deal. However, in the end we decided to keep our current car. We will definitely return when the time comes.

Transmission issues started at 45,000 miles. Told dealership for 2 years that something was wrong with the transmission. Kept saying there’s nothing wrong. Finally left me stranded on the interstate. Towed to Ford dealership-$1200 transmission fix. Traded for newer model. Received transmission recall notice 2 weeks later for the ’14 Fusion. What did I know’ I just drove it 150 miles/day.
I suddenly needed a car fast as my old car needed too much work to pass inspection. I had been to other used car dealers in the area all week and wasn't comfortable at all with their "take it or leave it " attitude. I felt like a valued customer at 802 Auto Sales from the first phone call...Dan got me in the car I wanted fast and made it so easy...great clean car , great price and the best customer service experience. Great car. I work as a real estate agent and it shows professionalism and class without breaking your budget. Gas mileage is great and it handles pretty well too. My bluetooth works almost seamlessly with the radio. Layout of menus is very easy to navigate. Plenty of room everywhere I needed it.

I love how thoroughly it is designed with lot of attention to detail. My kids love it! I like the plug in feature. The EV battery takes away most of the trunk space which is a significant disadvantage. Shark fin antenna would have complimented the car better.

Art at Freedom Nissan is absolutly amazing. I was at my wits end being turn down, told in order to get into a car I would need $3,000 down. Art contacted me just as I was about to give up. I ALMOST decided not to show up to my appointment. I thought why bother, that I was just wasting hours of my time to be told sorry but we can't help you. Art asked for 45 minutes of time and in that time he would let me know if he could help me. I sat down with thinking why am I even here he's going to see my credit and laugh at me when I walked put the door. I was WRONG. I was told there would be no surprises on how much I would need if anything at all down. With in 30 minutes I was told he could help me, with in 1 hour we had a car picked out. With in 2 hours I was signing my paperwork. The car we picked needed a inspection and when they went to do the inspection they found the back brakes needed to be replaced. Art did this at no cost to me. He means what he says. No surprises. He keeps his word which is important to me. 3.5 hours later I was on my home. Art made me feel like any other customer with great credit. So, now I have a 2015 Nissan Rogue in my driveway because of Art. My advice skip the other dealerships and go straight to Freedom Nissan weather you have good to bad credit. The customer service is worth it.

This car has a very sleek design to begin with. I had plenty of room in the car for everything. Drove the car everyday and took it on many long road trips. The gas mileage was great and all the functions available inside the car were fantastic. Wonderful car all around.

This car has great leg room and comfort. I love the huge trunk. It has great instrumentation electronics. The only thing it doesn’t have is day time running lights.
Peter worked with us every step of the way, even when we had to switch insurance companies to ensure the car we wanted (which took days). Our daughter loves the car (so do we). This is the third car that we have purchased from Paya's and I am sure it will not be the last.

I just purchased my second vehicle from Paya's Auto. I had been very pleased with my last purchase of a 2014 Ford Escape back in 2015, and now had a need to search for a sedan to replace my wife's sedan that was totaled. Working with Kyle and Tom in sales was a pleasant experience. They were low pressure, helpful, and knowledgeable of the vehicles on their lot and regarding the process of purchasing. I had my eye on a 2014 Ford Fusion Titanium on there lot, and Kyle and Tom went out of their way to make some last minute electrical repairs to the vehicle to make us very comfortable with making the purchase. After purchasing the vehicle, I noticed some minor additional electrical issues that were not readily apparent when checking out the vehicle. I emailed Tom to see if he could mitigate the issue, and he immediately forwarded to service department, who in turn contacted me immediately to resolve my concern. Rob, from service worked with me to completely resolve the minor electrical issues. I am extremely pleased with the whole purchasing process! I will purchase my next vehicle at Paya's!

I bought this car to save on gas as I drive 80 miles each day for work. The car is great looking and very comfortable. I went from a 2010 fully loaded truck to this and the technology is far ahead of what I had in the 2010.
We recently purchased our second rebuilt car from Paya’s. The car is virtually brand new—less than 1,100 Miles. We appreciated their full disclosure of the prior damage to the car and the repair work prior to sale. The car inside, outside, engine compartment and truck are spotless. Tom Patterson provided exactly what we requested and there was no effort to upsell. That was much appreciated. He is an asset to their operation. Our first Paya car was an excellent vehicle. We trust this one will be too. We are already planning our next buy. We recommend Tom and Paya’s.

I loved this car so much, that I obtained a newer version of it 2018. I had absolutely no issues with this car at all. Smooth ride, perfect for our small family and even for our grandchildren. This car was reliable and if Ford would have stopped making it in 2016 I would have kept my 2016.
From the second I bought my (like new) 2015 Toyota Corolla from payas, they have treated me like family. I am grateful for the vehicle which brings a little warmth whenever I see the relatively cheap payments and the fact that in over a year I've had no car problems at all! They did my one year inspection for free, talk to me like it isn't a sin to not be a mechanic, and forgive me when I have no idea what I'm talking about or miss an appointment. I will likely never shop for cars or car service anywhere else!
