When the manager takes the time to meet you and simply say thank you for stopping by - to me that is important. No pressure at all, just helping me understand the process and finding the best deal possible. My wife and I were considering the Escape to downsize from our minivan, we were presented with a great deal. However, in the end we decided to keep our current car. We will definitely return when the time comes.
Love this car. Sporty, plenty of power for traffic

Like this car a lot. First escape. Sporty, and lots of options. Leather interior is great when you have grandkids! The eco boost is the way to go.
Bought used 2012 Tacoma was offered fair KBB trade in value. Worked with Dylan Krause, Abigail Heck and Celeste Brasseur, all 3 were very professional and meet my needs to make the buying experience fairly painless.

The Ford F-350 is all the truck you need for everything. Has tons of pulling power and also luxury inside. This truck is very comfortable and room for all. If you need a truck call Aaron. You will not be disappointed.
This was my first time purchasing a new car, and I am almost certain that I will forever go through Kia Berlin City, and I will also be using Phil ( the man who sold me my car). They are efficient and truly try to get you into a car that suits you and your needs, at a reasonable price!

Love sitting up high in this truck, very comfortable enough room for five adults to stretch out, get through anything, reliable, & a very nice looking truck.
Happy to be able to find a local dealer willing to work with on getting the exact vehicle you want. Pricing was better than other local dealers. Dylan was a pleasure to work with.

This truck is perfect. On the outside, it’s sleek and good looking, and it drives great, with better brakes and acceleration than my last car which was a minivan. The inside of this truck is everything I want, it has nice features like a touch screen that’s easy to navigate, but also an array of buttons so you aren’t stuck relying on a less responsive screen. The seats are large and comfortable and the interior is enormous.
I had a wonderful experience at Heritage Ford. Dillon Machavern was fantastic to work with; he was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car at the right price. From beginning to end I was treated respectfully and professionally, and ever once did I feel pressured or pushed in any way. I can't recommend Dillon or Heritage Ford enough!
Functional luxury and performance too!

My recently acquired Ford Edge Limited is to say the least a Very Nice product. I’ve owned 16 Ford vehicles from cars to 4x4 trucks and Broncos I’ve loved em all but on this day in my life the Edge does it!
It’s got so many luxury features that I am still discovering them, so many great ones are safety oriented. I looked for and found the 3.5 liter engine and could not be more pleased. Put it in sport mode and she goes. With 20” Scorpion tires handling is excellent for a vehicle with a higher profile, I just came out of a BMW 328i that was on 18x245 Michelin pilot sport tires so I am paying attention! The right engine/trans package is always important. If you get what you want in this vehicle It is worth the money!
To me it is best described as a somewhat tamed sports car with better visibility, the low center of gravity will have you looking for the sweet spot in that on ramp as you switch to sport mode and just move!!
First car ever owned. Specifically I have the Ford Focus 2018 1.0 Ecoboost. It’s automatic transmission and have great features for new drivers and has been really reliable. I plan on putting more miles on it and updating this but so far it’s been amazing. Only issue I have is I wish the lower end models still had Sync 3 as this car doesn’t support Apple CarPlay.
Transmission issues started at 45,000 miles. Told dealership for 2 years that something was wrong with the transmission. Kept saying there’s nothing wrong. Finally left me stranded on the interstate. Towed to Ford dealership-$1200 transmission fix. Traded for newer model. Received transmission recall notice 2 weeks later for the ’14 Fusion. What did I know’ I just drove it 150 miles/day.
Great service, courteous staff but a lengthy performance
