The Ford Fusion Hybrid Energi is a wonderful vehicle. Our “company” previously had Crown Vic’s. Ford came out with a pursuit variant of the Energi, and I was assigned to drive it. As I recall, we bought 10 of them. They were very durable. I liked the car so much, that after I retired I bought one. On a trip from Arizona to California, I can get 50 mpg. Or I can run around town in Electric mode for about 35 miles. There are 2 caveats to point out. Certain 2019 and 2020 cars are under a recall, and the trunk is very small. 2 sets of golf clubs is all that will fit. I have seen gasoline at the $7.99 level, in Needles, CA, so the hybrid aspect of this car is very helpful. I can go about 625 miles on a full tank, and a full charge.

Super reliable car! I have yet to replace the brakes. Only major purchase was a set of replacement tires. Had a 90,000-mile full checkup, and had nothing noted as deficient. I only wish the batteries for propulsion could maintain a higher value. They have decreased from 22 miles of power to 12 miles.

Five out of Five Stars plus ! We wanted to trade in our 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport GT in on something larger, and we already have a 2024 Outlander SEL that we purchased from White Bear Mitsubishi. Even though our car was in great condition, with only 21,000 miles, all of the dealerships gave us a low trade-in offer, (Toyota, Mazda, etc.) Carmax gave us a low offer to purchase. My wife posted the car on Marketplace. Angel Alvarado, (Used Car Manager at White Bear Mitsubishi), reached out to us with an interest to purchase. He came to us to evaluate the condition of our SUV, and gave us a check for thousands of dollars more than all of our other offers. I bought this car used about a month ago for a commuter and I've only filled up once. The fuel efficiency is slightly below 60mpg. It's a comfy drive, interior is plush, and the exterior styling is beautiful.

I really like this car! It is a PHEV and has a 25 miles range at speeds up to 84 mph. It goes to about 95% of the places I travel to and returns completely on electric power. It is perfect for my family. Ford made a huge mistakes when they stopped making sedans in the USA!

I've owned the 2020 Fusion plug-hybrid for two years. I have gotten as high as 33 miles on battery. Slow starts and moderate acceleration gets you 33 miles. Add the AC or heat you'll get 26. It gets me all around town on electric. Trips get 44 mpg. A lot cheaper than owning a full electric car and a gas car. Cville VA.

Car is very comfortable, the ride is smooth. With the plug in, can get to work and back without using gas!! The truck is small because of the battery, but actually is high so we still use it for travelling.

almost 100% trouble-free in 10 years and almost 100k miles. 45+mpg on highway. 72mpg overall since 2013. Regenerative braking means still on original brake pads... only 33k miles on gasoline engine.

I have been wanting an ev for a long time now. My main concern was the range. I wanted a Tesla but to get the range you need for those occasional trips, you needed to spend a lot to upgrade it. I was driving a Lincoln MKC but I needed a vehicle that could be flat towed behind an rv and the fusion hybrid energi fit the bill. First thing I noticed was that the drive in ev mode is smoother and quieter than the Lincoln. The performance is ok off the line but after that , there is really only one rate of acceleration in ev mode. If you really need to lay on the gas, you need to be in hybrid mode and let the engine kick in. Anyway, I have a 25 mile commute to work every day and they have free charging there. For me this is the best option overall. I love the styling, it is wonderful to drive and I can drive the long distances when needed. The other thing is that these can be purchased pretty cheap since ford is getting away from sedans. I got mine used with 8k miles for about 60% of the asking new price. So overall, I love the looks, the ride, the range, the interior. Only negative like I said is the performance. My previous car had a turbo and was pretty quick, but for such a smooth ride and to drive practically for free, I’ll take the energi over the old car any day.

Make this car your own!! This car is a fantastic car for both newly licensed teenagers, as well as older folks like me :) The leather, lumbar support, air cooling & heated seats, and sunroof (among many great features) make long trips very comfortable. I love the perk of the heated steering wheel in the winter. I especially like the gas mileage I get, especially when I remember to plug it in at night. But no worries, if you don't charge it, it still gets excellent gas mileage~40 mpg. Overall, this has been an excellent car for my family!

Have owned three Fusion's over the years. One gas Fusion Titanium and two Fusion Energi plug in hybrids. All were GREAT vehicles! Comfortable, drove and rode well, only routine maintenance/service required and very good in the snow. Ford discontinuing this car was a HUGE mistake! Wake up Dearborn Michigan!

I came across the truck I am now in while at work. It was on my way home and I had to get into something. Tried several dealers in springs where I mainly work and kept getting the run around or no call backs. I pulled up to AutoNation and saw the truck i looked at online, drove over to it and checked it out. Someone came straight outside and started talking to me about it. The next thing I know I'm signing all the papers needed, getting insured for it and into a vehicle that was something I was looking for, wanted and needed. The experience was by far the best I've had.

Excellent luxury vehicle. Considered Lincoln, but this platform is identical for much less. Be sure to get the fully loaded model, 2018 or newer. Has all the latest safety features- moonroof is very nice also!

Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! I sold my Kia Soul to Carmax a few months ago. The offer was at the price I was asking on other sites. My Soul had only 33k miles on it but pressures from my mom made me sell it. Love to come here for oil change. Appreciate the extras; tire rotation, checkup. Quick service. They listen to your concerns and generally care. Both attendants check in( not sure name) and check out Tanner Grummel really good and helpful with questions. Gave printout and video of work done and what needed to be done without feeling pressured to commit right away.
