Purchased this Fusion from a guy that won it in Fords 47 mpg picture contest. It has been the most Reliable vehicle I have ever owned. It had maybe 30 miles on it when I purchased in Jan 2013 and now has 154000 miles as of 8/2023. Still has original 12 v battery. Lifetime average mpg has been about 43 mpg. On my 3rd set of tires and only did rear brakes and rear camera replacement.

Bought a used 2013 Hybrid Ford Fusion.. It's 2021 and I'm so surprised how this work horse loves to be driven. Still looks and drives like the 1st day I brought it home. No issues aside from oil changes and tire replacement. Owned a high end car before this that rhymes with Menz. Never again...

I owned my Ford Fusion hybrid for 7 years before giving it to my daughter. It had 237,000 miles with no problems the whole time. All I did was get the oil changed every 10,000 miles or so and new tires when needed.

Best, most reliable car I ever owned. Drives beautifully, nicely appointed, fit-and-finished is unmatched. The biggest service expense was just this year when the back-up camera failed. Other than that, all services have been routine maintenance...oil, brakes, tuneups and tires. Brakes required service only after more than seven years and 68,000 miles. However, I'm on my third set of tires. The re-generative brakes of the electric drive system saves on brake wear, but shifts that wear to the tires.

The car looks great 7800 + miles price was right - but found a defective spoiler the convertible roof doesn’t operate noisy windshield squealing noise middle air vents (no heat or air) bottom line for only 57000 + miles it has some issues

The telephone call was pleasant. The sales person was cordial, and informative. Our problem was she is on the West coast, and I am on the East coast! It's, as you might expect, difficult to buy something sight unseen.
