I had my F-150 in for 30K mile oil change and maintenance. My customer service rep, Dean, was very courteous and willing to accommodate my request to pick up my truck at a certain time. He kept me advised of some maintenance issues but never pushed me to include any additional services I decided weren't necessary. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Purchased a used 2015 Ford F150 2WD from Crazy Cheap Cars. After I found the truck on their well-designed website, I visited their lot and was greeted by Stephen Thweatt (great saleman BTW) who made me feel comfortable and confident from the test drive to the purchase and on thru delivery. They asked the kind of questions that someone would ask as if they were trying to make sure I was buying the right vehicle, which I found amazing. They openly discussed their business model which was not something you get at every dealership - gained my trust. Everybody there had a consistent customer focus and will tell you what they can and can't do - fair enough. Their pricing is very fair and was below NADA/KBB values. When I asked they explained everything that went into their lower price, pointing out things like slightly worn tires, scratches, etc.) so you know exactly what you're getting. I've never seen that before and appreciated the honestly. Also gave me fair value for my trade in. At delivery, everyone went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied and the mechanics went over the truck to make sure everything was right. I am a satisfied customer and will be buying again from Crazy Cheap Cars - THANKS GUYS!!!

I recently leased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee and came to the dealership with a predicament. I had thought I was only 400 miles away from being over and had about 9 months left on my lease. Turns out that I only had 10,500 a year instead of the 12,000 I thought I had (thanks Dana Ford in Staten Island for screwing that up!). Even with all of that they were able to work out a fair deal and I left happy with my brand new car! My only qualm was that it took a very long time (was there 5 hours), but that happens with leasing a new car so not too upset about that. Overall I would highly recommend the dealership and it's staff at both Jeep and Ford.
Was about to pull out the checkbook on a new Silverado but wanted to check the 2018 F150 first "just to make sure". Wow. Silverado was nice, but the F150 is too, and so much more advanced! The ecoboost 2.7 is a powerhouse and very quick. Kevin at Metro Ford negotiated a deal I could not refuse. I loved my 2005 Silverado for 13 years but the upstate NY rust was killing it. I am hoping the aluminum F150 will fare better.
Needed to bring in my F150 for a door recall. Called and made an appointment and decided to have my oil changed while it was in the shop. Dropped off my truck, got a ride home from the dealer's free ride program, and waited for a call when it was done. I was advised it would be around 4 pm. At 3:45, I got the call and went and picked up my truck. Everything was done as expected without any problems. Glad to have used Metro Ford for service.
I don't do reviews but I felt I needed to for Lighthouse. This was an absolutely shocking experience for any company these days much less a dealership. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was incredibly customer focused and some of the friendliest people I've dealt with. No games, no hassle, the actual deal probably took 5 minutes. Even though they were busy Keith and Shanin worked late to get us out the door with the truck since we drove a couple of hours to get there. Fair pricing all around and good people to work with. Do yourself a favor, go see Keith Edelman and get yourself a good deal on a clean vehicle with someone you actually will be glad to do business with.

I just want to say thank you to Mark in the tire depertment. We were having trouble in the snow with the tires we had on our 15 Taurus. We had asked Mark what tires he would recommend and he came to us with the perelli ones that would fitake our car. I wasn't sure because I had some difficulty with perelli before. We went with his suggestion and we are glad. The road noise went away and the tires do great in the snow. We just happened to get a bunch right after we got the new tires. So it was a good test. So thank you Mark for knowing your stuff.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage.
