Best dealership in town. There’s no other dealer in Illinois that compares to this one. I’m a passionate automobile enthusiast with no patience for xx and THIS dealer has NONE of that. I walked in and I was greeted softly and warmly by the front desk discussing the reason for my visit and understanding if I was browsing or looking for something specific. When I spoke about a specific vehicle I wanted I was referred to Tiffany the sales manager. She was as warm and welcoming as the front desk people were. She introduced me to her product specialist Roland ( With a cool Cowboy hat and a great sense of humor to accompany it). From initial appointment with same or next day service Willowbrook Ford provided excellent quality dependable service for my entire visit! Turnaround time was great.
