Although we did not like the vehicle we test drove, we were very impressed by their excellent customer service. Five Stars ? Best Customer Service I?ve Ever Experienced! I was honestly hesitant to buy a Ford at first because I had heard some negative things about their customer service. However, after owning vehicles from Lexus, Acura, and Chevy, I can confidently say that Ford Autonation Valencia has given me the best customer service I?ve ever experienced. They always get my car in quickly and provide a loaner vehicle while mine is being serviced, which is a huge help. The communication is excellent?they keep me updated every step of the way?and every staff member I?ve interacted with has been friendly, professional, and helpful. This time, I worked with Greg, who was fantastic, but truly everyone at this dealership goes above and beyond. I?m so glad I gave Ford a chance, and I couldn?t be happier with the service I receive here. Highly recommend!

The only thing I would say is since my Bronco was a demo and I?m the only owner, it came with old French fries under the seat as well as a bag of old Red Vines in the center console. I reached out right away so Ford would do better when they wash the vehicle for other customers. They also apologized and offered me another car wash, however my time is very limited and am not able to go back the Ked Grody Ford for that anytime soon. It?s very appreciated though.

Everything went smoothly. I was shown the cars I was interested in, allowed to go in and see them thoroughly. All my questions were answered. I was shown features about the cars I was not necessarily familiar with. I test drove the car and once I selected the car I wanted, proceeded to purchase it and fill out the paperwork without any problems. The vehicle I chose is beautiful and drives well. I am very happy with the purchase of the car and the process to get it.

After waiting for more than a year after ordering the vehicle, the dealership called me and the delivery/purchase process was easy and very favorable. Everyone and everything was great, but the only thing is I wanted a different car instead if the new Echosport. I seen other deals that were the same on other new 2019's, but the customer service was excellent. Vehicle purchased on March 17, 2020.
