I usually don't like doing this type of business by phone, I did it all by phone really liked the free pickup and delivery and they washed the truck car .

Process went as expected. Would be great if you could come up with quicker process. Sales man and other staff all tried to meet our needs.

I have purchased numerous vehicles over the last 45 years but this one from AutoNation was the best one yet. My salesman Jeff was amazing. He gave me a greatprice/value, answered all of my questions, and even drove 200 miles to meet me when it cam time to deliver the truck. Great price and great cunstomer service...can't beat that! :)

He was phenomenal in his perseverance and kept us updated on the progress. He is a caring and upstanding man. As far as buying a car from a Dealership, it was the a real pleasure dealing with 2 of the best sales personal that my wife and I have ever had in the last 60 years that I have been buying cars(I am 79) years young. We dealt with (Pete Stiman) and (Paul Lawson) long distance since we live in Oklahoma. These two gentlemen are the best of the best for they were honest as a summer day is long, truthful, respectful, informative, and did every thing we asked of them and even went way beyond what they were asked to do. It speaks volumes when the car arrived and was every thing that their photo's and descriptions were exactly as they described.These two men are a real credit to Mike Bass Ford. I had a great experience purchasing a new F-150 from Mike Bass Ford. I stopped by on a Sunday for some information, get everything I needed to know from Brian and received absolutely no pressure or xx. I was impressed. I shopped around a couple of other dealers simply to cover my bases, and those experiences were more than enough to convince me that Brian at Bass was the guy to buy from. I returned a couple days later and was in and out in an hour and a half. The entire team was helpful, friendly and congratulated me on my new truck. Everyone was professional yet kind and didn't waste a minute of my time. It was hands down the best car buying experience I ever had.
