The Service Manager Bob helped me through the entire process of troubleshooting and repairing my steering problems. The steering column knuckle was frozen and had to be replaced. I am pleased with my overall experience and the results of my visits to Colonial Ford .

My recent service visit was with Caitlin Snow a service writer who was most accommodating and understanding of my needs. The service managers follow up and ascertaining that all was completed to my satisfaction and welcoming return for further service is something you will not fine in many dealerships. I was brought up in one of the oldest GM dealerships east of the Mississippi, and this dealership is everything you will need from Ambrose Orlando, Sales, to Michael Myette the service manager.

My car was recalled for emissions repair. Ford picked up my vehicle, the work was completed and returned it to me in a timely manner.

Had a good experience with review off options from both a car perspective and options, and for financing and trade in. only feedback would be relative to trade in value for current car but a bit rushed given my work demands so the pressure should have been offset by asking to pull back.
