I was totally amazed with my experience still in shock how Tim Shea got me in the SUV I needed because the one I wanted had less mile 18k but the banks wanted a larger down payment, but the SUV I got still was the same model and had under 50k miles on it, and less money also I love the color of the interior and key point is it's more space for my children. Our salesman jason is wonderful. He has always gone above and beyond for us. And made sure we got exactly the car. We want to with a payment we could afford. No matter how many questions he would sit there and answer him all. And make sure we were satisfied with the decision that was made. Rob and finance. Made everything so easy. No pressure. This is our third vehicle from Jack Demmer with Jason. And we've always been very satisfied.

We were hundreds of.mikes from home and had tire issues. Matt White and all staff we dealt with were amazing. Our vehicle needed an odd size tire and Matt located tires at a local busi ess and was able to have them delivered promptly. We were so impressed we decided to buy four tires due to a buy three and get one free offer and a rebate. We asked for an alignment and the mechanic determined it was not needed. We could have been taken advantage of and were not.

Hit a very large deer with my new explorer. Only had 17k on it so far. The damage was seriously bad and I kind of expected they might have to just total my explorer but the adjuster estimated it at about 12k worth of damages and two weeks later it was completed. I did not have time to clean the vehicle as it had to be towed after the accident. Two air bags had gone off and the right front of the vehicle was pretty much destroyed. So they not only made it unnoticeable but also did a pretty good detail job on the front interior of the vehicle which I was not expecting them to do. If I have any issues I will update but as of now the car is just as it was before the deer committed suicide by car. I will be taking any future work to bob maxey. Very good job done by all involved. Lesson learned… slow down on dirt roads.

Very good service, convenient location, and shuttles for drop off and pick up. This is so far a only Ford dealership having the shuttle service.
