I do not like car buying what so ever! That all changed as of 72hrs. ago. Let me just say that Hunter and Nick were awesome from start to finish. They made the process simple. Hunter took me on a test drive and had my paperwork ready to go! Zach in Finance took 15 minutes?! 15 MINUTES!! When is the last time that has happened for anyone? Hunter ended up leaving early but Nick stepped in as if he was there the whole time! I can not thank the two of them and the Five Star family enough! Wow! I have been a customer or AutoNation Ford Frisco for 25 years. I purchased two Mustangs, 2000 and 2024, returning to purchase the 2024 based on the service department customer service. I have always been taken care of with great service representatives who are friendly and knowledgeable. The service department has never recommended a service that was not needed and, as a female, I appreciated this.

Went in for routine maintenance and Shea Horne was my Service Advisor. He was very helpful and completed everything as discussed. Very pleasant! We discussed him taking care of my wifes Bronco when she brings it in for servicing.

They will try and make it right, kith drake went out on a limb to change the Triton warranty to the correct 1, 5 star still gets 5 stars

Our buying experience with Kevin Baldwin at Prospect Ford was excellent! The dealership, specifically Shaun A reached out to me and apologized for the miscommunication and inconvenience they put us through. And after some discussion, he agreed to lower the price of the the Edge that we were interested in by $500. It was an overall good deal and my wife and I accepted the offer and completed the sale that same day. No issues with the sales process and the paperwork was handled professionally and efficiently.
