Buying a new car at this Helfman Ford Stafford was an easy experience! Everyone was friendly, efficient, and not pushy. Amir Z. was especially helpful. He patiently “walked” us through the various features of the car and answered all our questions which were many. He also gave us his phone number to call if we had any other questions. It was absolutely fantastic! My husband and I were greeted by Omar almost immediately after we walked in. We knew exactly what we were looking for and had a vehicle to trade in. He quickly got our truck in line for appraisal and grab the keys for the truck we wanted to buy for a test drive. He made the whole process quick and easy! On the financing side, JB was awesome to work with. He talked through all the warranty options and listened to our feedback from past poor experiences. It was great! Ultimately, he convinced us to add a few of the warranty options. He was never pushy but asked the right questions to show us the benefit and value it would add. We will absolutely be back in the future for our next vehicle!!

Every part of the buying process was easy and well organized. I ordered my new Explorer and there were some delays due to the model year changeover. Both Helfman and Ford reached out to me on numerous occasions to inform me of the status of my vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle I was in and out of the dealership within an hour or less. There was not one hiccup or unnecessary delay as they had all the paperwork prepared when I arrived. If you want to purchase a car or truck hassle-free, Helfman Ford is the place to shop.

Carlos was a great salesman and the finance manger, both just made us feel comfortable and we felt like they were trying to get us the best deal possible. There was a lot of back and forth with the banks but they were so patient and we got the deal done! I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. Joe Mayer Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to in Houston, TX. After calling the Tomball Ford I purchased my car at, about a window that would not roll up I tried Joe Myers. They looked at my vehicle with hours of my car being dropped off, compared to many other places telling me they would not be able to do the same for about 4 days. Jordan in the service department expedited the part and I had car ready a full day early! Simply amazing and the most helpful service time I have ever dealt with.

Mathew answered my inquiry promptly and we soon came to a purchase agreement that day , although the pickup date was several days later , all went smoothly and the dearlership is top flight!
