I've owned a '19 Ranger XLT FX4 super crew for 4yrs / 46k mis. Its been impeccable in this time. The mpgs have even improved as the truck gained mileage. It averages 21mpg city/ 24hwy. I've towed my 04 Mustang SVT Cobra "terminator" many times. Truck handles it w/ease as max tow rating is 7500lbs. The comfort & driving dynamics are best in class as is safety tech / features. So delighted w/ the Ranger ive ordered a '23 Ranger XLT Tremor edition. Really like the styling of this Gen Ranger & wanted the best version (Tremor) before an all new '24 Ranger is released fall '23. When shopping the midsized truck class be sure to test drive different models as they all have there own unique characteristics. None are bad ..but the Ranger just has more to offer. The excellent Gen2 TGDI Ecoboost powertrain is best in class. As all reviews have stated. This is absolutely true. Will not be selling our '19 Ranger XLT FX4 whenever the '23 Ranger Tremor arrives. Midsized trucks nowadays are the perfect size for 80% of personal truck buyers. Even off rd they are easier to navigate vs a full sized 1/2 ton truck or large SUV.

Strong little truck, great off road, and great gas mileage. Superior towing compared to my 2019 Taco. If you need a mid size truck that is actually a truck the Ranger will be great for you.

Update, I was quickly contacted by the GM who promised to make good on the car by either getting rid of the smell or take the car back.

I really like the eco boost makes the truck get up and go and the ride is smooth and comfortable and has a lot of functionality inside and outside the vehicle and I really like the style of the inside and outside of the truck this truck drives great

This truck Is the best purchase I have ever made. My first truck was a '79 F350, then I sold that to get a Crosstrek but I quickly realized I needed a bigger vehicle so I started looking at mid sized trucks and the 4Runner. The 2019 lariat Fx4 with 50k miles on it cost me the same amount as a base model 2015 tacoma with over 100k miles so to me the decision was easy to make. I needed to take this truck to move me and all my stuff entirely across the country from San Diego, up to the Canadian boarder in Glacier National Park, and then to chapel hill North Carolina. Not once did this truck give me any issues and I took it on multiple challenging off-road trails in moab and even completed one jeep trail. (although the jeep trail left me with my first ding on the back bumper) It absolutely blew me away to say the least. Never had issues passing like some tacomas often do, and the adaptive cruise control and lane assist worked excellent. I have a bulged disk in my lower back so its very hard for me to find a comfortable seat for long drives but even after days of 14 hours behind the wheel, I had absolutely no back pain so I felt more than ready to attack the hikes on the trip unlike my subaru. I cannot say enough good things about this truck. Its tough, extremely comfortable, powerful for a 4cyl, great on gas compared to all other midsize trucks, and gave me absolutely ZERO issues while being pushed to its limits both off road and on long journeys. If you're in the market for a midsize truck, you're doing yourself a disservice to not take a good hard look at this truck.

After being an F150 owner for 19 years, I never thought I'd be happy with downsizing. I was right, I am ecstatic! I bought this used with 30k miles on it, but it looks and feels brand new. Solid, extremely comfortable, and the 2.3 turbo way out performs my 4.6 by a mile. Really did nit want a car pmt but it is so worth it. I love driving again.

I was please enough with my first purchase experience that I bought a second CR-V hybrid from the Auto Nation Honda in LewisvilleTX location.

The reviews of others about the Ranger is that it is a little underwhelming and yawning. Most frequently the interior is ragged on. It’s a truck cabin. It works and looks nice. What are others expecting, a mini theater, heads up display, and dance lights? It’s fine and I’ve seen other interiors of rival trucks. Guess what, they’re not much different. The cabin is nice, roomy, comfortable, and functional for a midsize truck. Now the outside. It’s a nice looking truck. Spray in bed liner, almost looks leveled as it is. Off road capable just like the Taco. Gas mileage better than most of the other midsized trucks. 4 cylinder turbocharged Ecoboost is more capable and faster than the others V6’s and tows more. So basically we have a truck that outperforms most of the other rivals in most categories and it gets an underwhelming review?! I say No Way, it’s a Great truck!

I bought the XLT Super cab. I have been driving it for about 2 weeks now. It does truck things well, hauling and light off road. I replaced the shocks right away. Stock ride was harsh, but cornering was boaty... Power is ok, but the transmission isn't very responsive, although for a truck it's fine. I'm getting around 19 mpg in mixed driving, but I have been using the remote start to cool down the cabin before my commute home. Interior is nice Sync 3 system has Apple CarPlay and the Android equivalent. Display screen is well sized and responds quickly. Back seats in the Super cab are for show and storage. I wouldn't ask someone to actually sit back there. In short, I got my Ranger to haul stuff be a truck, and it has done that well.

It was a lengthy process —- with the end result being a success, made it all worth the spending all afternoon and evening until closing time. I have had my 2022 ford Ranger Tremor Crew Cab for 30 days. It is easy to drive and fairly comfortable. The styling and color has drawn a bit of attention it is a nice looking truck. Wish it had more accent lighting with the headlights but that's just me. Plenty of power all you need I guess the fuel economy is ok, I do not believe I am getting the 20 or so MPG it is rated at. Nice truck, I like it.

My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company!

I recently traded in my 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD for a 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat Black Package and have never looked back. I love all the safety features (back-up camera, blind spot detection, collision detection) plus the conveniences of remote start (from key or phone), heated seats, rain-detection windshield wipers, navigation, etc. I also was surprised by the better than advertised gas mileage and towing capaciy. Currently, the vehicle gets about 25 mpg on the highway, which is significantly better than the 2016 Tacoma. The vehicle can also tow up to 7500 lbs which is pretty awesome for a small truck. The truck has had no mechanical issues (so far) but I purchased the truck new and it has only 11k miles. I would encourage anyone interested in a smaller truck (Tacoma, Frontier, Canyon, etc.) to test drive the Ranger.

Overall, Vandergriff Chevrolet service dept. did an excellent job on my repair. With an extended warranty, the repairs cost nothing. But if I do critique anything, is the trying to get me to spend $1,200 in new battery cables. There was nothing wrong with them.

I was a little undecided I didn't know how a truck would handle because we've only had suvs and midsize cars I didn't know its comfort performance but when we had it oh god it's the best of the best I'm super happy with it even my wife is super happy too she drives more than me lol it is a very good option I definitely recommend it, ford forever

I have replaced my 2010 Ford Ranger XL for a 2020 Ranger XL and have found all of the improvements well worth it. I did install a third party Cruise Control and a Tonneau Cover and the truck runs great at highway speed for long distances with plenty of comfort. I wanted a Supercab for its 6.1 foot bed as I do not carry passengers and the space behind the seats is more than adequate for cargo. Having hands free blue tooth phone, rear backup camera shows up in rear view mirror, bed liner, allows USB sticks to play my considerable music collection and 4 wheel drive are all features I didn't have but wanted. This is a work truck with creature comforts that improve its usefulness. It not only looks great, it works well for my yard project hauling and street driving that make up my mileage. The former owner also added towing package. running boards and black letters on back of tailgate. I purchased this vehicle with only 56,000 miles on it. Spent time reading about pros/cons of this model and for how I use a truck and the specs that it has, it fulfills all of my needs without exception.

The Service advisor was great. The remolded customer waiting room , parts counter and cashiers area were very impressive.. The check-in process was fast and my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I have a 2020 and absolutely love it. I pull a fishing boat and a 24’ Harris pontoon boat. You literally can’t tell they are back there. The 2024 is awesome but they are a lot more expensive. Maybe one day!

This is a great place. I personally recommend working with Kelly in sales and Malcolm in finance. Blake in finance is also good but new to the finance department so Malcolm would be your best option. I left a very negative review after I felt like I had been completely taken advantage of by them on Saturday and was on the hook for a loan worth twice what the car was worth brand new. They completely took care of me and I got into a different car that was the same make and model but cheaper. My deal went from 34,000 total to 20,000 total after reworking it. I will say they want to add lots of stuff into the deal. It isn't necessarily bad but it adds up and I was unwilling to accept that. They will try to keep all or some of it on and if you don't want it then fight for the price you want and read the website to know their policies and guarantees. I will also leave this as a disclaimer, I would be selective about what salesperson you work with. My Mom overheard one of the guys complaining about how he was one sale away from a bonus and some lady wasted two hours of his time and backed it because she was incompetent. I saw the lady he was talking about and she was older and said very clearly she had someone waiting on her for some time now and could not stay longer. I also briefly worked with some other guy in the finance department who was pretty rude and I didn't enjoy that. I don't remember his name though. Kelly is a genuine person and a great saleswoman. You can trust her. It seems like some of the staff are a little more money focused and trying to help themselves more than the customer so beware. I also want to point out one of the managers introduced himself to me and was very kind. Also very apologetic over how things went the first day and I really appreciated it. Good place and some really good people. I had some mixed feelings with this experience but the likes of Malcolm, Kelly, and Blake and how they handled making things right with me overwhelmingly changed my overall experience to a positive--hence the 5 star review. I downsized from a 2013 F-150, great truck, because I didn’t need a full size truck anymore. I was hesitant to go to a smaller vehicle but after a year and 11k miles I am a believer! Comfort, economy, performance and ease of parking and maneuverability. No regrets! I get lots of compliments too.
