Everyone I dealt with on this lot was very helpful. I fully appreciated the effort Ron put in to find me the car I wanted. Nick, in sales, was also very helpful and made the hand off of the car a very pleasant experience. Joe, who worked with us in financing the car, made a normally tedious experience a pleasure. We will be back when it is time to get another car.
Matt Wilson was the internet manager who helped me with my pricing excellent guy to work with really looks out for you superb customer service Dave forres was just as equally helpful going over the car and helping me with paperwork and everything else this company I would highly recommend it made me turn into a Ford believer once again I would go to Bob Thomas Ford every time highly recommend them for a car

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I think Joe did an exceptional job helping me get into the truck that I wanted. Lamont also did an outstanding job. They both were very friendly and informative. Lamont went above and beyond and was able to get my additional discounts as well. The only issue was having to wait around for everything to get finalized. overall 9.5/10
Our salesperson Jeremy O. was extremely awesome and patient through the whole process. He made sure our concerns were listened to and he exceeded our expectations. It took a few days to find a vehicle we truly loved and he was very understanding! The dealership itself was pretty awesome as well, very clean and family friendly.
Very soon after I sent an inquiry on Cars.com Jason sent a personalized video of the car. We were able to meet with Jason a couple of days later and purchased the car. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Jason Alt.
Awesome service, and not too pushy. I was concerned about the car’s brakes after test driving, and they had them replaced the next day first thing. They held the car off the market for me until I could get there the next day!

I had been searching for months for a Ford Edge with certain options that were a must have. I finally ran across one online that was more than perfect. My husband was looking for a newer Dodge Ram pickup truck. I found his car online and contacted the dealer. Very easy to work with, although we were driving 50 miles from Ohio. It was the truck my husband wanted. Ryan Myers was very helpful, and my husband loves his new ride!

My wife and I went in to have both of our vehicles serviced and we saw a sharp Silverado on the lot. When my wife ran into our salesman Arlin she mentioned the truck and he started telling her about the fantastic rebates GM had just put out that day (12/1/18) and that everyone qualified for GM Employee Pricing. When I caught up with them my wife deferred to me and left Arlin explaining everything to me. He then brought the Silverado he mentioned to me into the service bay since it was pouring down rain. He went over the vehicle explaining features and accessories and the let me take it for a test drive. My wife and I just loved the truck. When I returned I told him what it was going to take for me to trade and he went to work. We were able to work a deal with my trade-in and we got a brand new truck. The reason we keep trading at Hiday's is they treat us like family. We purchased our first car thru Hiday's in 2006 and they have called us by first name ever since. I would highly recommend Hiday's to anyone for superb service all around. From the sales department to the service department everyone is super.
I bought a 2016 Ford F-150 from Jim Schmitz back in early July. I recently had the brakes replaced with new rotors and had to work done by my mechanic in the town that I live in. I contacted Jim Schmidt about this problem and they have taken care of over half of the bill or paying for the parts and they realized it was a mistake on their part work should have been done originally and they made it right with me I am writing this review into cancel out the other two because they came forward and made it right with the customer( myself).
