Everyone I dealt with on this lot was very helpful. I fully appreciated the effort Ron put in to find me the car I wanted. Nick, in sales, was also very helpful and made the hand off of the car a very pleasant experience. Joe, who worked with us in financing the car, made a normally tedious experience a pleasure. We will be back when it is time to get another car.
I made an appointment, confirmed the appointment when I arrived on time it was the guys day off. So they passed me to someone I had not been discussing my wants with. I explained I had $32,000 to work with. They could have said "we cant help you" And it would have been no hard feelings and I would have been on my way. instead the kept me for 30mins. then came back with 34,500 and said they were loosing money on that. So I got up and left. First off they arent going to sell you a truck at a loss. Otherwise they wouldnt have a job. Secondly there is the sticker price, then the invoice price then the dealer cost. When they say they are selling you something at invoice they are still making $2-3,000 profit due to the dealer holdback and dealer incentive monies. I dont do games, I know what I want I know what I have to spend and I tell them so. either they can deal with that or they cant. I didnt appreciate their games.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I bought a used 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8 from them. I flew down from Milwaukee, WI and they picked me up from the airport. When I arrived I looked over the car and it was better than the pictures. Well detailed. I then drove the car back to Milwaukee 4.5 hrs and it ran and shifted very smooth, even through Chicago rush hr downtown. Only problem I had was a burned out blinker bulb. Jeff was a nice guy and answered all my questions that day and the week before, sending me info and pictures. Very good experience. Shane
Overall this one of the best car buying experience we???ve ever had. Everything was very relaxed and we felt no pressure at anytime. The whole process ran smoothly every step of the way, from the initial contact with Rick to the behind the scene stuff with Carlo and the final paperwork with Evan. We couldn???t be happier!

Shannon was great. He calmed my nerves, set me up with exactly what I needed within my budget. I didnt even realize it until Thanksgiving day but I gained an additional seat in my third row that my previous SUV did not have. Service all the way around was wonderful from the time the service guys intercepted me, until I was driving off in my new car. It was a scary situation I had on the high way with my power steering and rack and pinion going completely out. The service guys calmed me down and entertained my boys. I appreciate all that was done for me. Everyone was great!
Just had to take time to rave about the service we have had at Shepherds. We have had routine service, warranty work and now estimates and body work done to our 2014 Chevy truck. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Made us feel like a customer instead of a problem. And their facilities while you are waiting are awesome. So thankful for such a great dealership so close to home.
