Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

The only thing I could suggest either a vending machine for customers to use, or snacks by the coffee. I went to a Honda dealership that had snacks and bottle water. The time it took for the oil change with an appointment made was long, but my service advisor Johnathan took care of me. While I was waiting. The reason why I gave 4 ?? and not 5 ?? is the time it took for the oils change. I did go on a Friday morning at 10 maybe that?s a busy time. I?m not sure, but again the dealership itself was clean and had plenty of space to sit.
