I've only had this truck for a month and a half and have had no issues. The interior is just plain awesome. I really like the multi function tailgate on this truck, it's very handy loading stuff into the box and the step really helps when you want to climb into the bed. I really like the ride height on the new trucks better than the 2015 Denali I traded in to get this one.

We had to take my wife’s car in for an air conditioning issue. We were immediately met by an employee who took the keys and put a carpet protector in the car. Alex was right behind taking our explanation of the problem. Alex wrote up the paperwork, gave us a card and told us he would keep us updated. Sure enough, we received texts from Alex as to the status. Alex texted us about 4 pm and had the AC issues resolved. Great customer service from Alex as well as the rest of the service team.
