Although I didn't purchase the vehicle I wanted, I really enjoyed his professionalism, his patience, his eagerness to make a deal happen, and his judgement free kindness. I came in the dealership on a whim after cleaning my driveway and basement and I never bothered to change my clothing or boots. He treated me like any other customer. I just wanted to say great job, Matt.
From the first time I stepped into Roberts Subaru I was extremely impressed with the respect and professionalism this dealership had to offer. I was greeted by Alex Todd who immediately assisted me and was a great sales rep to work with. I highly recommend seeing Alex because of his no pressure demeanor and professional attitude. While the paperwork was being finalized Alex took the time to review every feature of my new Impreza Sport in great detail. I felt like a valued customer the whole time. I put a LOT of miles on my 2015 Honda Accord. I took delivery of the car (new) in May 2015. To date I have put 75,000 miles on the car. I get the car serviced at Roberts every 5,000 miles without fail.

I went in looking for a good deal on a vehicle and had several dealers in mind at the time. It was later in the evening so I met with Gary Deibert. He put a deal together on a few vehicles and promised to beat any other dealer around. The next day I was contacted by Scott Keath... both gentlemen came up with a deal that satisfied my wants and never pressured me at all. It was a great experience and i was very pleased as I drove away with a new 2018 Punk'n colored Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara with matching hard top!
