I know dealer repairs are more expensive than "Joe's" auto repair, but given the level of speed, customer service, convenience, and the superior team it is often worth a few extra bucks. I had a very positive experience with Gilbert. He was personable, attentive and helpful. He answered all my questions and listened to my concerns and what was important to me. We did a test drive and pointed out features that I was interested in. The pricing was very transparent and he pointed out things like the EV rebates that would help me in bringing down the cost of the lease. Alexis was also very friendly and helpful and processing paperwork. This is my first time being at a Honda dealership. I felt very cared for and well take care of. I had a very positive experience. I took my car for an oil change and Haybert was my contact. He took my information and proceeded to have the oil change procedure done on my car. The oil change was completed in about 30 minutes, much less than the hour and a half I was told it would take.
