I went to Classic Honda to trade in my car that was causing some issues with the tires. I was able to get in right away to trade me car in. I was assisted by Dan Nguyen. I already knew what car I wanted, and he was able to accommodate me with getting my car quick and swiftly. Usually, the process would take me half the day (4 hours or more). I came in at 10am and I was done by 11:30am which made it all the better. Also, Abdony Vitalus in the finance department is always pleasant and professional making sure all my paperwork is in order and completed quickly. Thank you guys, so much and it's always a pleasure working with you and your team.

Mr Santana was excellent with his 2019 Honda CR-V presentation. He is very knowledgeable re the technology and operating aspects of the vehicle and was able to explain many new-to-me safety features both during and after an extended test drive on which he accompanied me. The new car sale component was stress free and I feel we agreed on a fair price which makes me a very satisfied new owner. My 2024 Accord with 19 inch alloy wheels developed a leak on the way from Connecticut to Florida. The tire had a nail and required replacement. Coggin sent a very nice young man all the way to Disney who picked up the car, took it too the dealership, and brought car back before dinner that evening. This was the BEST, most customer focused service I have experienced since I started driving in 1978. Thank you to the service manager and the entire staff

They got the car in for its maintenance and recall status. Everything was good, job was completed quickly and properly. The new shop area and waiting room is very nice with places to work while you wait.
