I had a really good experience buying a used car from Malik. I talked with him before I went in for my test drive. In the past, I've had salesman say things to get me in the door and then backpedal, but Malik followed through on everything he said he would do. No games, no pressure, no bait and switch, just a very reasonable interaction. I left feeling like I got a fair deal without stress. Great car, definitely a step up from the previous generation. Interior looks amazing, seats are comfortable, and car handles like a dream. After almost a year of ownership I have had absolutely no problems with it, but that is something to be expected of Honda.

Friendly and very helpful. Through a miscommunication with the dealership, I went home with a car that lacked an optional feature I wanted. Even though the sale was final and they didn't have to do it, sales manager Steve, salesperson Dylan, and business manager Chris, wound back the deal and put me into a vehicle with all the features I wanted, even though they had to source the new vehicle from another dealership. I found that level of care and willingness to take care of me exceptional. They gained my trust and loyalty for any future Ford I will buy.
