I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)
Purchased 2015 Honda Civic November 2018. Want to commend Lucrecia Garcia for her pleasant and professional service. She made everything go smoothly, never any pressure. She wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the car I looked at and with the whole process. This is the 5th Fitzgerald purchase for my family, and the 2nd with Ms. Garcia. Shopping at Fitzgerald has to beat anywhere else, shopping with Ms. Garcia has to be the best of Fitzgerald.
I was skeptical at first about "the Fitzway" when I was looking for a used Toyota. Then, I met Lucrecia. She explained the process and then executed it like a pro. The price I paid for the car was lower than all the other dealers in the area and the buying experience was fantastic...with free popcorn to boot! I only wish we needed more cars! Thank you, Lucrecia. You started out as my Toyota sales rep., but are now my friend.
The owner, Reza, is a likeable and honest person, not the norm for used car dealers. He had the car I wanted, at the price I was willing to pay, and he never used high pressure tactics. It was a pleasant and satisfying experience, and I recommend this dealership highly.
I was very pleased with the salesperson, Jonathan Delacruz along with the accounting person, Steffan , they really worked patiently to get me a good deal and a suitable car. I drove out with my new car the same day. I highly recommend doing business with them, you won't regret it.
We contacted this dealership through cars.com and directly by walking in the door. For some reason, the salesperson who we met when we walked in was required to split his commission with the less knowledgable salesperson who said she made contact first on cars.com First strike.
This is something that the dealdership should address without getting us involved. We liked the salesperson we me when we walked through the door, but the cars.com referral salesperson completed the paperwork. She didn't know that much, was new, and when we called the dealership, they said she needed more training. OK, second strike.
And the dealership left out some of the instruction manuals. We had to go back. Strike three.
And today we get notice that Toyota is offering another $1000 off on these cars. Maybe strike 4?
I leased Chevy Traverse in 2017 from this dealership when it was Manassas Chevrolet and had a bad experience. This time wanted to buy a Cruze. Every step went without any issue. Sales Associate Carlos was very professional and nice. Austin in finance answered all my concerns and was very professional. It was overall very good experience.
Easiest car buying experience ever. Sheehy offered a fair price upfront that crushed the competition. All fees were disclosed and there were no surprises. They worked diligently to secure the exact vehicle we desired, rather than attempt to push us to buy an on-hand version. Sheehy demonstrated they are not a traditional dealership who always looks for the big kill (roll the consumer). Chris La Porte is an amazing and uncomplicated person. If you want a Subaru, shop the rest to confirm the price, but Sheehy will work to deliver exactly what you want at a fair, extremely competitive price. We will look to use them again.
Skylar was our salesman, what a nice, courteous young man and very helpful. Jason Vaughn, the manager, he was very courteous as well and answered all our questions. We bought a car from this dealership 2008 and we were very pleased with the whole process and the car was a great car. We decided to revisit this dealership and were once again, very pleased. My husband and I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Skylar. Thanks to Jason for all his help as well.
Got a great deal from this dealership for my daughter ! Not sure what all these people are complaining about. The NO PRESSURE sales technique is awesome as you don't have some peaty salesman bothering you the whole time. 6 HUGE STARS !
