New and used 2025 Honda Civic for sale near Azalea Park, FL

I had a great experience with Sanford AutoNation during my recent purchase of my Honda CR-V. From start to finish, Byron, my sales associate, was personable, attentive, and demonstrated that he?s a great listener. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure the entire process was as efficient and smooth as possible. During the test drive, Byron was informative and thorough, clearly explaining the vehicle?s features and answering all my questions. He remained consistently engaging and helpful throughout the process, including during financing, where he took additional time to orient me to the car?s technology and features. What really stood out to me was his willingness to go the extra mile?literally. When I didn?t have someone available to drive my previous vehicle home, Byron offered to drive it back to my house himself, and I gave him a ride back to the dealership. That level of customer service and responsiveness really made a difference. All around, Byron was a pleasure to work with?helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I?d recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Mr Santana was excellent with his 2019 Honda CR-V presentation. He is very knowledgeable re the technology and operating aspects of the vehicle and was able to explain many new-to-me safety features both during and after an extended test drive on which he accompanied me. The new car sale component was stress free and I feel we agreed on a fair price which makes me a very satisfied new owner. went in to check a recall on my Ridgeline 2019 and in the process had my oil change as well. my service rep. chris bourbon walked me thru the process and explained exactly what they were going to address. it went very smoothly and am very happy with the service that was provided. I think chris makes the process so much easier as he is very attentive and knowledgeable and able to convey that to me and.my wife. great customer service!!!

Classic Honda always gives a thorough explanation of what services are needed. The completion of the services is always in a timely manner. This is acceptable so that you can move on either your schedule.

I just bought a brand new Honda accord hybrid and traded in my old one from AutoNation Honda Sanford. It absolutely gave me the best experience in new car purchase in my lifetime, their outstanding service quality, speed, clarity, kindness, and reliability! Hidden fees and trapping strategies, the dark side of sales culture in the industries are so common nowadays. However, I didn't see or have not felt them at all this time, at least thus far, from this purchase. It would definitely be the place for me to go again when considering to buy another car. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a new car or trade in a car.
