New and used 2026 Honda Civic for sale near New Britain, CT

Was looking to replace my 2007 Ford Escape. Liked the looks of both the Nissan Rouge, and the Mazda CX-5. Had checked out a Rouge, but wasn't sure on it, then while at work I was checking out local dealers and Schaller Honda popped up. They had a 2014 Mazda CX-5 with about 80,000 miles on it. Went over at lunch time met with Xhoel Lolocaj he showed me the Mazda CX-5, took me out for a test drive, came back and then we started on the paperwork. Xhoel had just started working there the week before, but he was very professional in all of the steps of the process. After Xhoel helped me, he brought me over to finance where Frank Williams helped me complete my purchase of my new car, I had a bunch of work on my end to get money, checks and deposits figured out. Both Xhoel and Frank were vey helpful and patient while I made things on my end work out.

The vehicle is a smooth, somewhat sporty ride. If you are used to sports cars already then it will likely not excite you, but it is a pleasant feeling compared to the fullsize sedans I am used to. I am 5'11", and find myself sometimes feeling a bit cramped when I get in or out, but it is not claustrophobic. I think they could stand to lower the price a little, but compared to its fellows in the segment (Corolla and Sentra, which I have sat in and driven), it definitely does feel like more of a luxurious car. I think they could have allowed the LX trim to be a low-mid level trim rather than the base trim, as they could definitely have skimped a bit on some features and still had an excellent car with a more competitive price.

Our salesman was knowlegeable, professional and courteous. If we asked a question and he didn't know the answer, he found out for us. His name is Marcelo Camacho. Great experience. When we went to get the financing done, I was told that they never had anyone with such a high credit rating and yet the finance rate was very high. That was disappointing.

I decided on Honda Civic Coupe. I had spoken to Stephanie and I told her that I wanted her to help with the style and purchase of the auto. This was a simple process and I am very happy with the Sport in Rallye Red. She is very professional as I also found everyone at Liberty Honda to be.

The people in the Service Department are friendly and really knowledgeable. The work is always done right and for a good price. The service department is immaculate, from the waiting areas to the bays. Total professionalism!

We contacted the dealership and they were amazing at helping us get the problem fixed. They assured us that they would cover the cost of the repair and they were good to their word. While they couldn’t repair it themselves, once we submitted the bill, they paid it immediately. We were delighted that Joanne Panzo was able to locate the specific Honda Civic we were interested in leasing. We had a concern about our windsheild wipers and the service department examined the wipers and then explained the design of the wipers that impacted how the windshield was cleaned. We are not fans of this feature. We are excited to learn that Honda now has a hybrid Civic available.
