Used Honda Civic for sale near Medway, MA under $9,000

We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

Civic LX sedan.Small car that is extremely reliable and handles like a sports car. Stereo is average. Seats are a little stiff. Low to the ground makes it a little hard to get in and out. Rides great, handles even better. 118,000 miles without an issue. 36 mpg combined every day. Dont care for CVT transmission, feels slightly sluggish but will get the job done.

Bought 2008 with 94k miles on it and have owned it for 2 years (115k on it now). Great value car, great Dave Ramsey car(read the Total Money Makeover), great car value to avoid debt(buy one off a “grandma” (=low miles and not driven hard(it only went to church and the grocery store🤣😂)). I will drive it to 200k or more and my investment accounts will keep on growing!

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

This car replaced my 1993 Civic when the corrosion of the midwest did in the suspension, which was not worth repairing on on a car with 279,000 miles. Now my current Civic was approaching this benchmark fast befor Covid. It had some big shows to fill and easily did so. No problems, and it has been beat to crap. This is city driving, so the engine hours are through the roof. Average maybe 20mph thoughtour it’s life. Did need it’s starter replaced once, although this was less expensive than the old timing belt tuneup on the 93. There was an issue with thinning paint on trunk and the car has been hit with enough rocks and when parked that she is far from pristine. I vouch for the safety as this is the insurance replacement of one that got totaled with 60 miles on it back in 09, a roll over. Run off road by semi whose brakes failed. I find the car quite comfortable for commuting purposes and the AC still works. It’s a DX-VP, so she’s awfully spartan by modern standards. Now that I work from home, the miles are coming slower. I assume a better conditioned one with low miles would hold its resale value pretty well. I’d like to justify getting a new car to scoot around town but it’s impossible to justify.

Got this car right out of college at 253k miles, it's at 311k currently, no engine or major internal issues, seems like it can go another 100k miles, amazingly awesome 😎👍

this car never needed brakes until 103k miles, unbelievable, she has 117k now, and running strong, i get over 330 miles to the tank around town

My family and I were looking for a used car for my daughter, who was purchasing the vehicle all on her own! We found a car listed online at Wayland Automotive and came to check it out. I bought a NEW 2006 LX civic coupe 1.8L in 2006 black with a tan interior and it was of course a manual transmission, I owned the car from 2006 until 2013. I drove it as a daily and went on some long road trips and did not have a problem with it at all, but I did do my maintenance every 6,000 miles. also the recall came out for the 06-08 1.8L engines in I believe 2009 and was good until 2019 DEC. Unfortunately, I had to sell in 2013 and I regretted it ever since, so I bought another one (Silver 2008 Civic coupe 179,000 miles manual transmission) in 2019. I still have it and I've driven from Los Banos, California to Phoenix, Arizona several times now and its very comfortable and has been reliable. I have also taken it to Copperas Cove, Texas. So I recommend this car as long as you have gone over it very meticulously from top to bottom. I recommend 2006-2011 Honda Civic Manual Transmission and also 2012-2013 Honda Civic Manual Transmission. Coupe or sedan. MANUAL TRANSMISSION. Have it looked over by a good mechanic and look for service records also.

Perfect little car. Just changed the oil every 5,000 miles, did the rear struts, and put on two new sets of tires in the five years I owned it. My son did jam the key in the frozen door lock, and we had to replace that. 166,000 miles and my mechanic says it's absolutely fine.

Amazing car. Fuel efficient. But very little interior space, the engine belt key often breaks and mechanics have said this is because the engine is too strong for the bolt to carry. When it breaks, it is a terrible experience, which comes with loud crackling sounds from the engine. Also the engine seaters appear to wear out quickly causing the car to vibrate with the engine thrusts. One other thing, poor engine power as well as poor braking power. That is a bad combination, so driver should be very wary of this weakness. Otherwise the car is great, and i enjoyed it until i had an accident due to its terrible braking system

I have now purchased five vehicles from this dealer - 4 CR-Vs and one Accord. Basically I find them to be honest and trustworthy. I do think they low ball the trade in offers they make and price their cars a bit higher than something like Kelly Blue Book would suggest. But their location is convenient, service is good and sales people are reasonably responsive. I had two minor problems with the Certified CR-V I recently purchased but after some diligent tracking of the sales person, both were fixed promptly and at no cost.

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!
