Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. They still use the age old "up" system in greeting walk in prospects, which is fair to the sales people, but we didn't feel like we were just a number. No price negotiations here as the posted price is what it is and the sales people don't work on commission. We had searched their inventory via internet and indicated the vehicle which we were interested in looking at. It was parked at the front entrance waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. We ended up buying it. Will buy our next car here too.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

Meet up with Pedro salesman at the store. Showed me the car. Offered me coffee / something to drink. Walked in this fabulous showroom. It’s a wow moment. I sat I very comfy lounge chair like. Pedro walked to the managers booth I say to my self omg here comes the game dealers will tire you out. The waiting game!!!!! But nope Pedro was back in less than 5 mins. Showed me numbers and we were almost done in less than 10 mins. It was very fast and straight to the point. I asked for a purchase copy to bring to my credit union and I was done in less than 30 mins. That’s record breaking experience. You guys do very good customer service!!! Hats off also to Rueben sales mgr. Came out to talk to me just to make sure that everything was okay. I left that wonderful showroom feeling good. I said to myself that’s the first time I’m leaving a dealership that I don’t have to take TUMS. If you’re in the market of buying a car I definitely give these place a 777 grade! After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

Bought this as a commuter. I get way about the EPA estimate for MPG. I average 45mpg across a tank of gas. I have the 2.0L model. So easy to do maintenance on and just works. I bought it as a lease turn-in when it was 3 years old and had 34k miles on it. I have 138k on the odometer now. In that entire time, I have replaced a single item that was not part of regular maintenance - some fuel sensor that the dealer replaced because of a light on the dash and was around $150 to diagnose and fix. Otherwise just the basic stuff - oil, brakes, spark plugs, wipers, etc. There has been one common fault that if you look at these reviews long enough you will see. An A/C problem was common on this generation. There is a factory recall on it. Both mine, and my brothers 2017 model had it done at no charge. Other than that my only grips on this car are minor crap like a select few button placement choices or the oddness that the driver can't operate all windows with the window lock engaged - usually that is bypassed only for the driver. So shy of some very small things, I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat.

despite numerous quality & reliability issues ( 2016 thru 2021 ) > many will never be resolved by Honda as Honda accepts no responsibility nor concern about problems > including mechanical & in-vehicle entertainment systems, Honda still retains value.

Honestly, for as cheap as you can get them, the value you get is amazing. I make consistent 300mi commutes on weekends (600 total) and this car has given me 0 issues. I make it each way with a 1/4 tank of gas left, insane gas mileage for a 21 year old car. Original owner took good car of it, owner they sold it to tried to run it into the ground, I fixed the issues they gave it. 170k original miles and still going strong, any problems are cheap to fix (SO easy to fix yourself). Excellent for modding (if that’s your thing), perfect for learning to work on cars (cheap parts, easy access), and a stellar beater. Still gets as good if not better mpg than modern cars. Only gripes are as follows: Steering wheel doesn’t come forward, so if you’re a taller person it’s gonna be a little less than ideal comfort. Road noise is a bit loud, especially for highways, but then again.. that’s what the volume knob on the stereo is for. Though I eventually will purchase something more modern, I find the idea of letting go of my 02 very hard to comprehend.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

My civic 4cylinder runs smoothly I love being in it but honestly Honda is my favorite brand of car,very roomy just love the inside and outside design of the car

I own a 2020 Honda Civic LX sedan and this car is awesome. This my 4th Honda and have always been impressed by fuel economy and reliability in those cars with tlc. So far .this last one is treating me great. I have the 2liter engine with 6 speed trans and it performs very well. The safety features add to the great look and great performance as I love the drive too. Very affordable as well. Customer service at my dealership is awesome as well!!
