Used Honda Civic Type R for sale near Ferndale, MI

Ron was courteous, efficient and helpful. He spent a lot of time explaining the new features. He also provided me with the garage door opener which is no longer featured on the new Hondas at no cost. He always goes out of his way to help and be there when you need him. They don't make them any better than Ron.By the way this was a lease and not a purchase.

Car is surprisingly compliant, I’ve had a few big Audis and vws with low profile tires and this car is really comfortable in comfort mode, took it immediately to a private event at Palmer a few weeks back and the car in stock form did fabulously, definitely lives up to the hype.... and then some. Only downside so far is the lack of options for tires since this car has odd-sized tires, non oem wheels are out of the question, the car has zero torque steer, aftermarket wheels would make all the magic go away. Also, 30mpg is a big plus. I traded my 2011 Range Rover sport for this and honestly the Honda rides better. Leaving the car stock will be the main goal, the car to my eyes is absolutely perfect and livable for daily duties. One thing I’ve noticed lately is that the car has not stopped from appreciating. Future classic is an understatement.

Erik Thompson at Pure Honda made our purchase of a new Pilot very pleasant. We've been through this with many dealerships in the past; this experience at Pure Honda was absolutely the best! To begin with, Erik spent *hours* on the phone with us, knowing that we were unable to drive to the dealership to speak in person. Erik was so professional, calmly fielding our questions and concerns to find us the exact vehicle that we were looking for, frankly, I was surprised. Having experienced the darker side of dealership sales at some of Pure Honda's competitors, we were prepared to be disappointed yet again. However, Erik, Andy and the team were like a breath of fresh air. We came away *very* satisfied with our purchase. From the initial conversations, to looking for our perfect vehicle, giving us a fantastic deal on our trade-in, and their flexibility in dealing with everything we could throw at them, they were polite and professional. You can't go wrong with Erik and his team!

After I drove it around for an hour or so to get my shifting swagger of my pre-Prius days (15 years ago!!), I gunned it and holiee shiiiiiiiiiiii. I felt like a criminal. I'm mostly a well mannered gentleman but at that moment I must tell you that it feels good to be a gangster. A few of my buddies are rolling new 911s now and I thought for the longest time....actually every night on YouTube....about possibly getting one. Well, after receiving this Type R yesterday, I'm glad that I spent a third of the money to get enough of the fun with this. It's good enough for a guy that prefers to stay in his nice sofa than some cold hard jail cell. I don't wanna be put in the slammer. I got two kids. This, my friends, will do the trick for you too. Live a little, you know.
