Did everything they promised and on the timetable given in the beginning. Attention was given to reviewing all the car needed. The work was high quality.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

Okay, this is an older facility without all the excesses that are in so many new dealerships. I believe that the lower overhead results in a lower price for the customer. My sales person, Lou Margetis, was outstanding in answering my questions, making sure that I got to look at and drive all the vehicles that I was interested. Working with Lou, and Timothy Goodman, the New Car Director, I got what I thought was an excellent price on a new Kona SEL Plus, much better than any other Hyundai dealership. Then, Timothy Goodman made sure that I was taking advantage of all the Hyundai specials, and another $1000 came off - wow, now I had a deal that I could not refuse. I bought the Kona and drove it home that evening. Then, a few days later, Katarina, their customer relations specialist followed up, and was very helpful in answering a few questions and was sincerely interested that everything went well. It was an awesome experience, and I highly recommend this dealership. Finally, I was also very impressed that this dealership was taking the Covid-19 issue very seriously and making sure everyone was safely taken care of.

Trinity was attentive, finding out our NEDS (most importantly) and wants out of a vehicle and searched the dealerships inventory for choices before grabbing keys and pulling up the top three options to test drive. He's printed out all the details to see payment options as well as technology packages and specifications each vehicle has so I could make a clear decision. He was extremely helpful when it came to bringing my senior mother up to the dealership and having her get in and out of the vehicle making sure she was comfortable getting in and out of the car as well as being in the car.

We have only had the CRV for about 7 weeks. It seems to be a great vehicle. But we are still learning all of the features and safety accessories. We purchased it used and there was no owners manual so it’s a try and learn. The salesman was great. The dealership not so much. Would buy the CRV again but at a different dealership

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Danny Gomez, Kevin Hatfield, and Zachary Stanford made the purchase excellent. Everything went completely smooth and I got the deal I wanted. I've waited 20 years to get a Golf R and couldn't be happier with how everything worked out. Price was right, service was the highest, and the vehicle was shipped right to me in a prompt manner.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. If I had anyone in the area looking to buy, I would send them to Chris in a heartbeat. Then I know they'd have a good experience and be completely taken care of.

So I pretty much been dealing with one Gentleman name Craig and have been an easy person to speak with and very knowledgeable about things I ask of him.

After spending 2 frustrating weeks looking for both a new Chevy Colorado and a Nissan Kicks - FINALLY found a HONEST dealership whom worked with me exactly the way car buying is intended to be. The best dealership In town. ( HANDS DOWN ) I had an issue they fixed it went way above the call. I flew out to Dallas from Indianapolis the day after Christmas 2024 to look at and possibly purchase a 2016 Jaguar XJLR. The 550 Hp version of these cars are hard to find. This car had a CarFax history but still had a clean title. Karen and Mohammed fully disclosed any and all issues prior to my trip out to see it. I asked Mohammed to personally drive the car for a few days before the holidays to ensure there were no issues with the car. Once I arrived, the car was up on a two post lift where I could perform my own inspection of the car. One of the technicians went with me for a one hour plus test drive. I put the car through it's paces and it performed well. Mohammed and the team went out of their way to settle any of my concerns which all of them were very minor in nature. I drove the car 1,100 miles straight through back to Indianapolis that night and early the next day with no issues at all. I waited until the warranty expired to write this review. I normally do not trust dealers and what they tell you. I do feel that they will stand behind any warrarty items during the warrarty perios. Most dealers will tell you anything to sell you a car. I found Karen, Mohammed and the entire finance / maintenance team more than accomadating. So much so that when I need another car, I will happliy fly from indianapolis back to Dallas to purchase another car from them! 5 Stars to the entire Precision Auto team!!
