Used 2020 Honda CR-V for sale near Bear Creek, FL

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

My latest service experience was once again a very pleasant one! Service writer Mark went above and beyond!

We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

I saw a vehicle on Carfax that I was interested in and made an appointment to check it out. Kent did a great job of showing me the vehicle and worked with me to a deal that fit my budget. I returned several days later to pick up the vehicle and Kent wasn't in, but Jose stepped up to help complete the deal and made sure I got the truck and went over all the details of the truck's operation. Just got one with 15,000 miles on it. In pristine condition. Still learning all the features since I never owned a car with so much tech. Once I learn one at a time, I found many of the features very useful. Over quality of build for the vehicle meets all my past expectations of past Honda vehicles. Don't understand the negative remarks about acceleration. If I have to get out of situation fast, which I had to, vehicle responded immediately and to my surprise much faster than expected. I have to keep in mind when driving it, speed can getaway with you if not driving properly, very quick for me on acceleration. Only negatives I have is: For a high quality vehicle it has no back up sensors, just a camera. It does have guidelines on the camera. I guess once I practice with the guidelines more, I will be able to see and not need back up sensors. The other item not happy with is the center console storage. You have to slide two panels to see all that is in the compartment, since the lower compartment is so long for plenty of storage. Just one long long panel would be great. Also, the flip up center armrest in the front would be great if it had an inner compartment on the arm rest. For me it is a very comfortable and relaxing vehicle to drive. I notice I do not get as tired on long trips in this car, compared to my previous. It has excellent storage, plenty for my needs. History will tell if Honda downgraded on things compared to the past. I got the remaining factory bumper to bumper warranty (Certified) along with the top of line extended maintenance for 10 years/100,000 miles. So feel pretty comfortable about future repairs since I will only be responsible for regular maintenance and normal wear and tear parts. Overall....REALLY HAPPY! On top of that I am dealing with a fantastic dealer, BIANCHI HONDA OF ERE. From the salesman, used car manager, finance department and service, they have been great, friendly people to deal with. Late Note: We also own the 2019 CRV, along with 2020, Both are EX-L version. Had the 2019 longer, also a fantastic vehicle.

Love sitting higher without having to drive a full size SUV. My gas mileage is great with Econ mode option. So much room for two car seats and a third (smaller) person in the backseat. Drives like a dream with pep when you need it. I’m still in the honeymoon phase but this is the nicest Honda I’ve ever owned and I’ve owned two Accords, two Civics and an HR-V. I rode in the back seat of a friend’s CR-V and I’ve wanted one ever since.

The best sales and service experience I have had purchasing as vehicle. I would not hesitate to return to CarMax , the next time I am in market for my next vehicle.

just now New Excellent experience from initial visit to picking up my GM certified truck! Note we aren’t local to the area but live 97 miles south of the dealership. It was worth the trip 👍 I really appreciate how the team at Tasca listens to you rather than try to bulldoze you thru a canned process like most dealers. They were flexible and responsive to how I wanted to evaluate the vehicle I was interested in buying and my timeline. Have to give shout outs to so many individuals. I could not say enough good things about the service I received at Crown Honda from Xavier Montes. I came in for a recall on the fuel pump of my 2018 CRV and Xavier right away said that it would be a few hours and provided a ride for me home to wait and a ride to return to pick up my vehicle when it was done. I had also asked if they could rotate the tires while they had the car and he said that would not be a problem. when I return to pick up my car, Xavier explained to me that they did not rotate the tires and the reason being is because they needed to be replaced and he provided me with a quote of what the cost would be to have all four of my tires replaced. There was no pressure from Xavier to have the work done there at Crown Honda. I went home and I thought about it and I called Xavier again to find out what type of tire that they were going to put on my car so I could shop around and also asked him what the total price would be. Without hesitation Xavier explained everything to me and again did not try to pressure me into having it done there at Crown Honda. I'll be honest my opinion of having work done at a dealership in the past has not been the greatest experience for me but I'll have to say Xavier made that experience unusually positive for me by how he prioritized customer service over trying to pressure me into having work done. I made an appointment later that evening to come in the next day to have my tires replaced, which I thought was going to be an hour or so and was going to wait for the work to be done. without hesitation, Xavier explained to me how it was an exceptionally busy day that day, and that the work would take longer than your typical wait for having my tires replaced and suggested the shuttle service rather than having me wait in the waiting room. Xavier's dedication to the Crown Honda service department, his confidence in the quality of work by the technicians, and his attention to detail with customer service did not go unnoticed.
