We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

The reason for my trade-in was quite frustrating however, the ten of professionals that assisted us were great. Overall I felt like I might have been made while again

I have purchased 2 Odysseys at Hennessy Honda and was beyond happy I had talked with other dealers in town and some offered a "Fake upfront lower price but when it came time to purchase that deal wasn't available. I have sent many of my customers over the years to Hennessy Honda of Woodstock and overall expierence from Jerry Goddard and his people have been beyond exemplary. They actually understand the term customer service and listening to what the customer wants. I have been looking for a Honda Civic Si for about a year. 3 dealerships told me it would be almost impossible to get one. They made no effort to help me get one, only excuses. When I saw one online at this dealership, I called and talked to Ghassimou, who had my Si reserved for me within a day! There was great communication updating me on the car?s arrival, financing, and any other questions I had. On delivery day, all went smoothly; and everyone was so friendly. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from this dealership.

I really am not sure about the quality of the repairs since this was done very recently. I haven't had any issues at this point and trust everything was completed properly. Representative was very good and knowledgeable.
