He is very knowledgeable re the technology and operating aspects of the vehicle and was able to explain many new-to-me safety features both during and after an extended test drive on which he accompanied me. The place wax transformed into a wonderful relaxing place while you wait for the car being serviced . The showroom is spectacular. Nice coffee, cookies and other goodies while you wait. Movies and shows and n either TV?s.

Alex, our service person was great at explaining what the issues were and how they can fixed. He was friendly. We only waited a couple of hours while the car was being diagnosed. Great services overall.

Very friendly service. I was kept very well informed about the progress of my car repair. It was a comfortable environment to work in on my laptop and sip coffee during the repair time. In fact I stayed a few extra minutes to finish up on some of my work. Most enjoyable.
