I also replace the engine air filter and received a $25.00 discount from Honda H.Q. being the second car in on Wednesday helped but their service was great.

The Service Rep was helpful and excellent. I recommend this facility. Clean and comfortable. Knowledge staff and gives you an estimate prior to the work being done. I appreciate this and feel I was not taken advantage of.

Freddy was really helpful and courteous very professional. Some salesperson are very pushy and instead of feeling welcome you feel overwhelmed but was not the case with Freddy. I forgot the name of the person in charge that help with the contract but took the time to explain in detail. Everyone was nice. Great customer service.

I was between two CRV (one at another dealer) and with the way Bruce was communicating and working for me, I chose correctly. I had to have my Honda Pilot towed to RSM Honda because the starter had gone out. Doug Jezowski - Service Drive Manager - assisted me, and as usual, I received prompt attention even in the absence of an appointment. The Pilot was serviced as soon as the part was ordered and received and although the cost of the part and repairs seemed exceptionally high, Honda gave me a much needed discount. This pleased me very much!

The sales representative did a great job. I initially went to the dealership to have work on my vehicle. Unfortunately they were not able to fix it properly and I needed a vehicle, so I purchased a new vehicle. The sales representative and the financial loan officer did their best to assist me and I believe they did a great job under the circumstances.
